"We used this hotel as a family celebration trip. The facilities were beautiful and lovely, but what really impressed us was the warm and wonderful service from the staff. Due to the earthquake in Russia, trains were stopped and we had no means of transportation, but they extended our check-out time and were very accommodating. "I stayed on a weekday. The lobby lounge offered alcohol and snacks, and after my bath, I was treated to Yukimi Daifuku and frozen fruit.
