"The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the front desk handled check-in quickly and efficiently. Our room was spotless, with all facilities well-maintained and fully equipped. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Overall, a very comfortable and satisfying experience. Highly recommend to friends traveling to the area."

"My only complaints are that there was only 1 electricity outlet in the entire room so we had to take turns charging our phones and there was also no sound proofing so as a result we would go to sleep very late and wake up very early from the noises. Also the room service people would come in our room without asking or after 1 knock and one time we happened to be inside when they opened the door with their own key. Cleanliness was good we didn't have any problem with the towels or the bed sheets and the bathroom was also kept clean. The staff were helpful and we were also able to leave our suitcases there as our flight was much later from the 11.00 check out time and we didn't want to carry them around for all those hours. Would recommend for a short stay but be prepared to have a power strip and an adapter for your chargers and don't expect quiet time there 😄"

"Avoid room 125 at all cost if you’re a light sleeper. The balcony faces directly onto an active construction site, and works started early each morning, on one day the machinery was already going at 5:45 AM. On top of that, the refreshment station is right outside the room, and the ice maker and water heater cycle through in the middle of the night, which woke me repeatedly. The one genuine highlight was the buffet breakfast with plenty of variety and its convenient location. Overall a disappointing stay due to the noise."

"Great hotel! The Junior Suite with sea view is highly recommended! Large, always clean rooms with a beautiful sea view. Everything was wonderful! The Skyroom Restaurant is also highly recommended – good, special food with live music and a magnificent view. The staff in both the hotel and restaurant are very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was decent overall and met my basic expectations. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, although the furnishings felt a bit dated. The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker at times.It's a reasonable choice for a short stay, but there is definitely room for improvement"

"The room is really spacious! It's also conveniently located not too far from the airport bus stop, which makes getting to and from the hotel easy. The soundproofing isn't great, and there are no curtains around the beds, so women staying in mixed-gender dorms might want to keep that in mind. Towels seem to be available for a fee (around three euros, I think?). There's only one elevator, but it's pretty fast. There are a couple of extra showers in the basement, and the kitchen on the 8th floor offers amazing sunset views – definitely worth checking out if you have time. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, so you have to contact reception to adjust the temperature, but they're quick to respond. The reception staff were really friendly, which was a plus."

"The best Hotel in Sliema, and most of Malta in my opinion. The staff all are fantastic, the hotel facilities, restaurants, pools and health spa are exceptional. Everywhere is immaculate and so clean and my whole stay was juat perfect. Being given a room upgrade, a voucher to get a free cocktail or drink and always acknowledged, by my name everytime I saw the reception team was just amazing. I highly recommend the AX Victoria and this is the only hotel I will stay at when visiting Malta. Tha k you to the whole team at AX Victoria, you are all ”Simply the Best” Regards Mr Wells."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. First of all, the room was larger than I expected, with plenty of room even when I opened my suitcase. The room was clean, and the bed, floor, and bathroom seemed well-maintained. Even when returning tired from a long day of sightseeing, it was a space where I could relax with peace of mind. Another plus was that there was no noise and I was able to get a good night's sleep. I booked a plan that included breakfast, and it was even better than I expected. There was a wide variety of food, including bread, cereal, and fruit, as well as hot dishes. Everything was delicious, and I think you wouldn't get bored even if you stayed for several nights. Having a hearty breakfast meant I didn't run out of energy even when I went sightseeing straight away. The location is also very convenient. The area around the hotel has a calm and comfortable atmosphere, and you can see the sea just a short walk away. Best of all, it's easily accessible, with Valletta just a five-minute ferry ride away. Being able to easily travel to Valletta, home to many historic streets and tourist attractions, was a major benefit. The boat ride itself was scenic, making the travel time a little enjoyable. I think this hotel is suitable not only for those visiting Malta primarily for sightseeing, but also for those who want to relax. The price is reasonable considering the facilities and service, so I felt it was very good value for money overall. If you're not sure where to stay in Malta, this is one hotel you can choose with confidence. The only thing that bothered me was that I couldn't see the ocean from the window of my room."
