"The owner is very helpful and friendly. All our needs are being met. My friends and I enjoyed our stay especially the view from the balcony every morning. They also offered us a city tour package, which I think was the best for beginners or first timers in Baguio. The only problem is the location. Transportation is a bit of a problem here if you don't want to bring your car or if you don't have one. Limited transportation since Grab/Taxi are also limited in Baguio due to the numbers of tourists, plus if you're a first timer for sure you don't know how to commute to downtown. But all in all, our stay is 8/10. I wished we could stay longer next time. Thank youuu."

"Excellent service all through! From the guys assisting outside with the Vehicles to the most friendly front desk staff and a clean comfortable lobby, this place ROCKS!!! The restaurant Amare La Cucina is on the same site, they serve excellent Italian Cuisine with wood fire oven pizza, was a very pleasant experience, also had great tasting baby back ribs. I would give this restaurant a 10 out of 10! Along with the hotel. 10 out of 10!"

"The hotel was good. The only issue I had was the TV on my room was broken before I checked in. I had to report it right away to avoid getting charged. Overall, its a nice hotel but just be wary that its located on a very steep slope so it takes a huge effort just to go back and forth to the city center. The food is great. I would really recommend the massage spa. Its a must try!!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Chalet Baguio. The place has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the cool Baguio weather. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. What I appreciated most was the peaceful environment and the convenient location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions while still enjoying some quiet time. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were consistently friendly, respectful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The surroundings also added to the calm and cozy feeling of the place. We also enjoyed the food and appreciated the services and amenities provided during our stay. "We had a wonderful 3-days stay at Lee boutique hotel. The atmosphere feels homey and welcoming, making it easy to settle in right away. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with fresh sheets and towels, which added to the comfort. I especially appreciated that the TV comes with Netflix, perfect for winding down after a day out. Our room also had a AC, a balcony with a lovely view, which made mornings and evenings extra enjoyable. The staff were consistently kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth really elevated the experience. The only downside I noticed was that the bathtub can be a bit slippery, so guests should be cautious."

"I had a fantastic 3-day, 2-night stay at this hotel. The rooms are spotless, and the staff are incredibly professional. Situated right in the city center, it’s the best choice for a budget-friendly stay near everything. Just be aware that current renovations may cause some noise, and you will need to use a service elevator and pass through the parking lot requiring a short walk to the main road. Overall its a choice."
