房間老舊，設施很陳舊，衞生打掃不徹底，最誇張的是，因房門鬆動，在25層，有點風晚上房門響了一晚，如果心臟不好，和做過虧心事的，膽小的不建議入住，怕你晚上睡不踏實，半夜我都開門查看過幾次

服務挺好，就是下水道有點反味道，後來跟前台説了，及時的拿來了檀香，不管是前台還是客房服務員，都特別客氣，每次看見都會打招呼問好，讓人覺得很暖心。

攜程太好了，預訂的房間店家粗心又給另外的人入住了，説給我們換一家，我看了下環境一點也不好，我説退了算了，結果攜程管家給我們售後處理補貼資金定了這家途悦，讓我們入住進去，一分錢也沒有添，感謝感謝

來了一直住的途悦，幾年了，家裡人都是住他家店，很好，很舒適，有個問題，就是超過12小時收停車費，不好

住了很多次了，這次因為帶了小朋友牙刷不夠，打電話給前台想多要一把牙刷，前台居然要收費，真的很無語，住了那麼多次，包括其他酒店，沒有哪個酒店牙刷還要收費的。廁所洗手池漏水嚴重，水龍頭打開之後水全部流到地上，空調聲音很響，味道很大，枕套也是爛的
