The hotel is in a good location, a few steps away from the subway station. It has convenient transportation. It is convenient to go anywhere by bus. There are abundant restaurants in the surrounding area and various characteristics of Chengdu. The room facilities are average and the hygiene is acceptable. What is worth complaining about is the unique characteristics of the hotel. There are no coffee or tea bags!

This is the third time I've stayed at Zhefei Hotel. I like the hotel. It has complete facilities, safety first, and the setting of not letting strangers go upstairs. I love the independent elevator. The service attitude of the hotel front desk is particularly good. They will give me directions when I call to ask for the address. Although there is no airport pick-up service, there is a little brother in the hotel to manually navigate hahaha. Needless to say, the hygiene is good. Every time I go out and meet the auntie in the housekeeping room, she will greet me and ask me if I need cleaning. Oh my god, it's great. I stayed here with my mother. My mother didn't know how to turn on the TV by herself. I told the front desk and they will solve your problem quickly. They are efficient and very satisfied.
