Just 10mins shuttle taxi to South Station and lots of restaurants and street food outside the hotel. The gym is small but good enough, the staff are very hospitable (one spoke good English), shuttie service is great, bed and pillows really comfy, but best of all is the breakfast, a great variety, beautifully presented and cooked, absolute top-notch breakfast.

Good option for a transfer overnight with free transport to train station. Breakfast - also western available. No restaurant was available for dinner.

Pros: friendly staff, especially front desk staff, good selection of breakfast, quality bathroom towels, comfortable bed, shuttle to train station was a nice touch
Cons: dirty floor, especially in the lobby by the drink station, very sticky; the driver who took us to the train station on 4/17 needs to slow down when driving

Perfect location when near Kunming South Station. Large, comfortable rooms; great breakfast, nice, small fitness center, and dozens of tasty and inexpensive restaurants just outside. Free shuttle to station. Friendly staff. Will always chose to stay here.

Very close to the train station with regular shuttles. If they don’t have a shuttle available they’ll usually get you a car. Great breakfast, excellent staff, comfortable rooms. A bit far from the center of Kunming but really good if you want to explore the areas that are only reachable by train, like Xishuangbanna, Dali etc.
