Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road Reviews

You will not be disappointed by this hotel! In short, it's excellent. The location was convenient for me to reach independently from the airport; I simply caught the metro then walked a short distance down Chamiers Road from Nandanam station. Everything about my room and service was high quality. The only minor irrigation I had was that the TV was confusing to control but this is not important. Finally, the breakfasts deserve special mention: there is a huge selection of delicious options and several staff members always available to cater to your breakfast preferences. I would happily stay here again! P.s. Check out the rooftop terrace bar/restaurant, it's a great place to relax at the end of the day.

Check in counter staff is friendly. Overall room is clear but find out the bed sheet may not newly change due to a lot of winkle.

Good location, close to annasali. Average breakfast. Good half board/dinner with variety. However, it was 99% full, so service was a bit slow, they need to add more staff as biz was booming. Overall, above average. As, I booked at the 11 th hour and was costly.

Pet free hotel? And when you complain, the staff will simply say they could do nothing. While, your neighboring room has two fierce dogs!

Cozy rooms with very good interiors. Spacious bathrooms. Roof top restaurant by the pool is amazing.

The hotel is good, clean, cool rooftop. But the price/quality ratio was not very good.

10 minutes from the beach

The room is a bit small, but the food is good, especially the Kung Pao chicken nuggets are very good

This is ideally meant for business travelers. I was travelling with family (Kids) and the bathrooms lacked locks and this was very inconvenient. The price paid, and the small rooms were somewhat disappointing considering the pictures we see for this hotel online.
