Listed as 5 star hotel but they don't even have slippers in room. Rooms are compact, twin bed have two beds attached.
Bar price in menu and and billed is different. Bill after taxes are 70 percent extra on the menu bill.
Restaurant have mosquitoes and staff have turned off the A/C in restaurant and dint turn on even after saying multiple times.

Superb hotel and all staffs are very friendly. I would like to mention Devajani and Krishna who took care of us very nicely. Foods were also awesome. This hotel has very swimming pool as well. Overall it was very lovely stay here. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hello, this is a hotel with an excellent services from the guard, restaurants to the room’s service (laundry, clean …). At the restaurant, I appreciate their service, specially say thank you so much to Priyanka, Mubin, Nishi for their service - you guys deliver an excellent service (5 stars). As always, I see the smile on their face every morning, it is a good way to start a working day. Plus, you have ***y choices of food there. The cook also customize the food following your requirement. Let’s book, come, and enjoy the service there.

Had a great day and the housekeeping staff became devajani and Krishna is very good. They did a great job by maintaining the room very clean. We had a great joy at swimming pool and had given us the interconnect room asap when we requested. Thanks for all the service for housekeeping and front office team and definitely worth of view and is recommended.

Devajani and Krishna did excellent job in ensuring quality of the room is well maintained. Cleanliness and timeliness have been good as well. Laundry has been provided on time. Will look forward to coming and staying again at Novotel. Great job !!!

Excellent service. Excellent ambiance and hospitality. Devajani, Ram and Shajil did the bed decoration and the quality was top notch. Vinod made sure the room was clean. The view was also great from the room. Got complementary cake as a sweet gesture for spouse's birthday.
