房間大小可以，就是房間像好久沒人住過，枱麪和地上全是灰，有點臟，再就是房間內的一小飾品都是些稀碎品，稍微碰撞就摔壞了，一個放充電線頭的小託盤掉地上壞了，結果還要按新的價格賠了65元，有點坑人。

太棒了！真的太棒了！是作為大學生旅行特種兵住過最棒的性價比最高的民宿了！整個環境都超舒適！衞生也很乾凈。還有很多可用的家電，衣服來不及弄乾還可以用烘乾機弄乾。而且老闆也超耐心，人超nice有問題直接找她！民宿離火車站也超級近，步行兩三分鐘就到了。是一定會推薦給也去郴州的好朋友的程度。

房間深得我心，很有文藝風格，酒店環境乾淨整潔，設施齊全，還有洗衣機可以用，老闆也很熱情，住過的很不錯的酒店，值得推薦。

房間乾淨整潔，裏面擺滿了各種各樣的東西。裝飾的很古風，裏面家電傢俱都有，設備設施齊全，樓層高，看風景也不錯，下來就是火車站，很繁華。沒去過的寶子們可以沖，絕對不踩雷，圖片與實物是符合的。
