Great location. Beautiful hotel. A few hiccups with key card, slow draining drain in shower but overall would recommend.

The valet who checked us in was so friendly. Dena at the restaurant was great and we really enjoyed talking to her! The bellhop with the curly mustache made us feel at home. He took our picture for us, made us laugh, talked with our daughter, and just really us feel welcome and special!

I typically love staying at the Omni when I come into Chicago, because of it, Central location, and it had everything that I like about a hotel. This trip however, I was so disappointed to learn that they no longer have a full menu in their beautiful restaurant. You’re only choices are a hamburger, one salad, choice, or four types of pizza.
My second night there after a long day, I decided to stay in and get comfortable with the movie, and order room service. Well, they don’t offer room service anymore.
This is not the full service hotel. I have enjoyed so much in the past and unfortunately I won’t be staying again.

Dena at the 676 Restaurant was amazing and went above and beyond. Mark, the bellhop, was friendly, professional and also went above and beyond to ensure my Fiancé and I had our luggage. Arturo at the check-in counter was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He made our welcome to the Omni memorable. We will definitely book here again.

The gentleman at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. My room was ready and I was able to check in early, which was wonderful after a long train ride. (Bonus: the 151 bus from Union Station stops across the street from the hotel at Michigan Ave and Huron.)
The room was beautiful! Great aesthetics! I especially liked the French doors and second door to the bathroom…and the bath soaps smelled really good.
My only suggestion is for housekeeping to dust the glass table tops. The accumulation was apparent.
Otherwise, I’d definitely recommend the Omni Chicago! Great views too!

Omni customer service is amazing! We arrived late to celebrate my daughters birthday. When the represenitive at the desk found this out she sent her cake and champaign to the room. We had breakfast in the hotel. It was also amazing! When leaving we were able to check our bags with ease and such kindness. Everyone took great care of us!!!

Service and customer service was amazing . I’ve never experienced to that level from walking into the building on the 1st floor . I will be back . Side note * if you have any tickets in crook county make sure you park in the parking garage !!!!

I love the Omni its safe, clean and accessible to all the stores in a walkable distance. The staff is great from the doormen to customer service reps. I definitely keep coming back.

Stayed down for just a night in Chicago type thing. Great location, very cool staff. Loved the room and view. Very clean. Would definitely book again
