The location is convenient for Chinese food, the environment is quiet and safe, the service of the express hotel is good, the sanitation is good, the parking is free, it is simple, convenient and hygienic, the shopping around is convenient, it meets my practical needs, and it is safer and more secure than Atlanta. These are all good things that I value. The air conditioner is just right without the air conditioner, but the air conditioner is too dry and the sound is loud

Had a good stay. I have been very regular to Hampton Inn, and it was pretty much in keeping with my usually pleasant experience. Front desk was excellent, welcoming, very knowledgeable about the area and very helpful.
Great breakfast as usual.
Room was OK, minus 2 things - the AC made very loud noise, especially everytime it started cold air.. and the other thing was, no hand/face soap in the bathroom.

Water heater was evidently some distance away, took forever to get hot. Water faucet leaked constantly. Light over the mirror in bathroom was dim. Left over food on the floor.
Bldg. was nice looking, staff was great, complementary coffee and food was very good.

Need to fix side doors for easier access especially with construction going on. Think about those with physical challenges.

check in was quick, and thorough. We have made this our "go to" hotel when we come to Atlanta for business. It is one of the better breakfasts in ahotel

The room had an overpowering odor of chemicals - either a cleaning or deodorizing product the caused my nose to run and my throat to burn. I had brought my own pillows and blanket, and when I got home, they had to be washed because they were infused with that odor.
The breakfast was also sub-par, and the lady during checkout seemed to have an attitude with everyone, including me - even though I was polite and did not mention ANY of the complaints above. In fact, her attitude is what prompted this review, even more than the smell and awful breakfast.

A bit old and in need of renovation but a great location and clean. Did have some issues with supplies (toilet paper,milk for coffee, etc) but all was resolved.

Room OK, service terrible. Breakfast was miserable compared to similar hotels. Juice machine broken all 3 days (they could have served juice from bottles but didn't) eggs uneatable, no fruit. When I told the receptionist she said that's it (like it or not) - the manager was busy. Hampton Inn should review its francises to be ut to their standards
