I had a fantastic stay at the Imperial Hotel in Copenhagen. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and everything was well-equipped. The service was excellent and breakfast was delicious with a great variety. If you are driving, I highly recommend using the hotel’s own parking – it’s convenient, safe, and makes the whole stay much easier.

Very convenient to train station, Tivoli and other attractions.

I won’t recommend this hotel. If you want you room cleaned, you have to book it the day before. There was zero amenities. The only good thing about this hotel is its location.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the central bus station. The hotel breakfast is really good. The food is very tasty and there are a lot of food choices. The front counter staff are all very helpful and offer us advices to travel in the city. The hotel provides different amenities, we can get whatever we need at the reception. We can also buy travel tickets from them. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. The rooms are clean. We need to walk a short stairs before we reached our room which is a slight inconvenience.

Very disappointed 😞 very unkind and they didn't appreciate that my wife was pregnant.

The hotel is central and close to everything. Happy stayed here. I would come back here again.

Always staying at Imperial Hotel when I am in Copenhagen as it is directly beside Vesterport S-train station and in the middle of all the really good restaurants. Even the Italian restaurant at the ground floor serves pretty good italian dishes. During winter months, they will give you vouchers too which you can grab a drink at the hotel pub. Free drinks = Awesome!

Staff are very kind. Booked 2 rooms sadly one room hasn’t been cleaned but they gave is the key🙄
