"We came as a family of 3 and chose the superior triple room, which was spacious and large enough for our luggage. The bed was soft and firm, and we slept well. There was no dust in the room. We tried to wipe the edges of the windows.
The hotel is located near the bus station that we used to travel back and forth, which was very convenient. It was also close to the city center. We could easily rent a motorbike to travel. We returned to the hotel in peace and quiet.
The reception staff provided good service and recommended local restaurants that were very delicious. We had to leave our bags because we chose to travel back by the midnight bus. The staff allowed us to leave our bags and sit and wait for the time.
The breakfast was Vietnamese style. The noodle menu was spicy and delicious. It was eaten hot and suited the city atmosphere.
Our family was impressed. It was a pity that we only stayed for 1 night."

"The hotel is in a quiet hill area, the weather is very good, the view is beautiful, the cover, the facilities are complete as notified. It's a pity to stay here for only one night. But the water is not clean, it is cloudy in the morning after taking a shower, the water does not flow. The water heater is too difficult to adjust the cooling and cooling. The temperature is not as good as need and no free drinking water as well.although it was placed in the room,i had to pay to buy."

GGuest UserA beautiful property to enjoy the cool n scenery with beautiful flowers everywhere when you take walks around. Rooms were comfortable, big and quiet. Staff were helpful n friendly. If u enjoy golf, this is a great place to stay. They change holes to make the game interesting everyday. Breakfast is a daily feast and eating outside on the terrace is such a treat especially when you watch the mist slowly clearing in the late morning. The free shuttle is complimentary and it brings you to town.

The food was so TERRIBL, we ordered for lunch on 1st day.
Pumpkin soup and Pizza - So terrible !
No Hot pepper or no Hot sauce. They brought chilli sauce for the Pho!
But one manager was so professional, she gave us all we need plus many helpful tips
so we could finish our trip without any further trouble.
A huge hotel but very few trained staff!

Resort was very clean and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Exceptional stay here.
Breakfast was hearty with a wide we range of international food. Best of all was the back to nature feel with deers and peacocks roaming the place.

AAngela Wong YYGreat staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort.
The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!

If you want to contact the hotel to pick up in the city, it is recommended to email the hotel to the Ctrip order number. I wrote several emails to the hotel. At first they said that they could be picked up, and the next day they said yes (only customers can come to pick us up from the resort), and suggested that we call. I said Ctrip's order number later, and the hotel sent someone to pick it up. So I don’t know if it’s because of this. The hotel’s entertainment facilities are a bit short, but the breakfast is very rich. .

AAysabelle LeeEventho its a bit small but the location is great and right at the city center! Love how easy it is to borrow a scooter from the reception but they will hold our passport eventho there is no deposit needed. The room is a bit small but its clean and cozy. The best bed I’ve had. It has massage if you want you can ask the reception and they also sell snack eventho it is more expensive than in town. And also their receptionist is super friendly 🫶🏻🥰

We rented a place for 5 people, despite the fact that the maximum stated was 4 guests. They couldn't give us an extra bed, but they provided extra bed linen and towels for 200k dong/night.
They clean every day. They also refill the water every day.
The downsides are the lack of air conditioning and tiled floors (but this is standard for Dalat)
