prada72I've stayed at several hotels in Da Lat, but this is the first time I've been so satisfied. While it's a bit pricey, the satisfaction level easily surpasses that of a five-star hotel. First off, the hotel's cleanliness is impeccable. I was truly impressed by the housekeeping's attention to detail. They noticed my partner and I drink a lot of water and, without us even asking, they doubled the complimentary bottled water. That was incredibly touching! I also didn't realize until later that laundry service is free. The breakfast, while not having a massive selection, offered only delicious options, all well-prepared. I am genuinely beyond satisfied. From now on, whenever I stay in Da Lat, it will only be at this hotel. As a side note, the water pressure is excellent, but the water quality is typical Southeast Asian, which can't be helped. Definitely bring a filter!

The room was clean and pretty, sufficiently big for 2 pax. There was also a nice city view from the balcony. We love the tea leaves and orange peel in the room. Only gripe was that the bed was a little hard. Hotel breakfast was basic but good enough. Hotel location was within walking distance to the night market. We used the free bicycles on the first morning while waiting for check in, though they are a little heavy and may be difficult for upslopes but it is convenient to have this option. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helped to give advice and booked a taxi to the airport. Overall I enjoyed the stay here!

Sunrise in a warm pool with a cup of coffee in hand — this alone is worth booking this hotel.
✨ A truly golden stay in Da Lat — peaceful, elegant, and deeply relaxing.
The highlight of this hotel is, without question, the warm swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Not just because it is beautiful, but because it opens at 5:30 AM. While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable.
🕠 Warm Pool Hours
The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins.
🍽 Breakfast Hours
Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet.
☕ Afternoon Tea
Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming.
🌅 Location & View
The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient.
💛 Service
The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable.
🔎 What Could Be Improved
What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance.
A few small details slightly affected the overall impression:
• the vanity table in our room had visible stains
• the shower head was leaking
• in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore
These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding.
Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

This was a fantastic stay! The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, surrounded by lush greenery, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant design, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and they patiently assisted with any questions we had. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, it's very easy to get around by taxi, and this distance also means less city noise, allowing for a more leisurely atmosphere.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the environment, accommodation quality, and service. If I visit Da Lat again, I would definitely choose to stay here, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quiet, high-quality accommodation.

ZandadarThe hotel is surrounded by forest, so there are no shops or cafes nearby. However, the hotel itself has a restaurant that's open until 10 PM, which is where we had dinner. On the premises, there's a spa, a gym, a warm indoor pool, and a large outdoor pool with a beautiful view. You can also play golf or pickleball. We managed to try pickleball – the court surface was a bit uneven in places, but it didn't stop us from having fun. It's especially enjoyable to play surrounded by mountains, forest, and fresh air.
Perhaps the hotel could indeed benefit from a small cosmetic renovation, as mentioned in other reviews. But personally, we didn't experience any discomfort: our room was spacious, very clean, odor-free, with pristine white linens and towels. The housekeeping was also excellent.
We enjoyed the breakfasts too. There's no coffee machine, but the food selection is good, and having breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view makes the morning even more pleasant.
The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere at the hotel is calm and secluded, and the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

국화향vThe location is excellent, right between Da Lat Night Market and Xuan Huong Lake. You can enjoy lake views from the hotel entrance or from rooms facing the lake at any time.
The hotel itself is grand, luxurious, and has a classic, antique feel. It truly makes you feel like an 18th or 19th-century French aristocrat. The garden is also beautifully maintained and opulent.
Breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed the afternoon tea starting at 2 PM.
However, Da Lat mornings and evenings are cold. Even though I used the fireplace heater in my room, it was still chilly, and I ended up catching a cold. It's a good idea to bring warm clothes or pajamas for sleeping.
P.S. My name is Young Been, but it was written as Young Heen. T_T

Guest UserMy experience at this resort was absolutely terrible and completely ruined my recent trip to Da Lat. I had specifically booked a room with a garden or courtyard view, clearly stated on the website, but ended up with a room overlooking the gym. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but I was constantly disturbed by the noise from people working out early in the morning, their laughter and chatter waking me up. Moreover, every time I opened the curtains, I'd catch the eyes of people at the gym looking into my room, which made me feel watched and completely lacked privacy. I ended up having to keep the curtains closed throughout my entire stay. The front desk staff told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary room upgrade for a better experience, but honestly, this room was a huge downgrade. Is this what they call an upgrade? The hotel's promotional photos are glamorous, but they hide these undesirable aspects that only guests who actually stay there discover.

Location great as close to lake and central part of town.
Public areas bright abd well kept.
Breakfast choice limited, particularly for fruit, considering that a lot of fruit is grown in the region.
Room was tired and in need of refurbishment.
Room also smelled a bit stale I suspect it might have been the bedding.
My ”city view” room had a view of some ramshackle flat rooftops!
Summary: a functional hotel in a good location for exploring Da Lat but the room was nothing special.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is really nice and new, not far from the city center. It's about a 20-minute drive to the Coaster Adventure Park and a 20-minute walk to GO Supermarket. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The room facilities are good, just a bit noisy. Breakfast, however, was very mediocre. I would still stay here again!

Ольга100We stayed for 2 nights. It's clear the hotel was once very luxurious when it was built, but unfortunately, it's rapidly falling into disrepair and its condition isn't being maintained. We had a suite with a lake view. The room was large and nice, with a big wardrobe and even an electric fireplace. However, due to humidity, the furniture was swollen, the room was damp, and the toilet smelled of sewage. The cleaning quality was poor. Breakfast was average, there wasn't even a coffee machine. We paid extra for a boat ride, which we enjoyed – it was meditative and atmospheric. We also visited the hotel's mini-zoo. We felt really sorry for the animals – skinny camels, goats crammed in large numbers into a small enclosure, and ostriches with plucked wings. One of the ostriches was carrying a girl on its back; it clearly didn't like it and was very agitated, eventually throwing her off backward at speed, right into a fence. The animals' condition was very sad. The grounds are pleasant, with lots of greenery. There's construction on the opposite bank, apparently a new hotel, with many cabins under scaffolding. This, unfortunately, spoils the whole view. The attitude towards guests was excellent. Twice, a staff member came to help me, once to catch a grasshopper and another time a huge spider in the room. They respond to every request and try their best to help with everything. Overall, we liked everything, except for the dirt, dampness, and an endless number of insects in the room.
