"Excellent location. You couldn't ask for better – it's across from the lake and the night market, and just a 15-minute walk to the Crazy House. There are pho restaurants, coffee shops, and the most popular supermarket within a 10-minute radius. The rooms are quite basic, but for a short trip, the value for money is acceptable. Amenities are provided, and the pillows and mattress are comfortable. The cleanliness is typical for a budget hotel in Vietnam. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, there's one major drawback for me personally: there's absolutely no soundproofing. And many locals stay at the hotel with their children. They walk up and down the corridors between rooms, talking loudly. They go into their rooms, turn on the TV and music loudly, start moving things around, and the kids shriek. This goes on until around 11 PM and starts up again from 6-7 AM. If you're a heavy sleeper, I highly recommend this hotel. For its price, it's excellent. But if you struggle to sleep with noise and wake up at every sound, you might want to look for other places with thicker walls."
