The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is warm and inviting. What impressed me the most was the exceptional service. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. I would especially like to thank Thao, whose kindness and dedication made my stay even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The entire front desk team was also incredibly attentive, welcoming, and efficient. "I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. I was hoping for a secluded mountain getaway, but it turns out that in July 2026, they're doing road construction right under the windows – removing old asphalt. The noise starts at 7 AM, workers peer into the windows, and it goes on until around 8 PM. The walls are very thin; I could hear one set of neighbors, shall we say, *making a family*, while another set was trying to get their family to sleep. There was no peace until midnight, and then the construction started up again at 7 AM. The breakfast for 100k VND was delicious, I recommend it. Because there's nowhere else nearby to get breakfast anyway."

"The hotel is wonderful 🩷 The view from our room was amazing, with two balconies – one overlooking the city and the other facing the mountains. We experienced fog, rainbows, and stunning sunsets. The room itself is very cozy and has everything you need. The only things we missed were chairs on the balcony and larger tissues in the tissue box. Otherwise, everything else was top-notch, 5-star! The staff are very attentive, and breakfast is delicious 🩷 We will definitely be back. If you're looking for beauty and want to experience Vietnamese culture, definitely choose this hotel; it has preserved all the traditions 🥰"

"A decent hotel, close to the city's main points of interest. If you don't specifically request a better room, they'll try to give you a room with a missing window overlooking a wall. There's no air conditioning, but it wasn't hot in February."

"The hotel is located in a pine forest right next to a lake. The room offers stunning views and is quiet, save for the rustling of the pine trees, the singing of birds, and the waking of the frogs in the evening. The room is spacious and stylish, with new amenities, clean, snow-white linens and towels, and an incredibly comfortable king-size bed with soft pillows and blankets. Overall, this resort is perfect for relaxing, lounging in bed, and enjoying the views! The TV has movies and cartoons in English, as well as YouTube. The breakfasts are excellent and cater to every taste: omelets/scrambled eggs, pho bo, rice, chicken, meatballs, steamed vegetables, porridge, cereal, granola, yogurt, cold meats/cheese, bread, salad vegetables, fruit, freshly squeezed juices, coffee from the coffee machine, tea, kombucha, and various types of milk. For trips into the city, call Grab; drivers are always quick to respond and are nearby. The trip costs 120-160 thousand. The hotel has a great hiking trail – it starts off through the forest for about 15 minutes, and then a paved road leads to the top of the mountain. It's a really great walk, and at the end, there's a stunning view of the lake from above! We reached the top leisurely in a couple of hours, and the return trip took an hour. Be sure to bring water. We didn't meet a single person along the way, both on the way up and back. Such solitude in nature, simply wow! I told him it was my husband's birthday, and on the day of our arrival, a cake was waiting in our room, and they even upgraded our room. It was a lovely touch 🫶 The hotel grounds are very beautiful. You can stroll along the lake or just sit in nature. You can have a barbecue by making a reservation at reception 24 hours in advance, but the weather might be bad, and the barbecue will be moved to the restaurant, which isn't as exciting. Overall, the hotel is super, I will definitely choose it again when traveling to Dalat."

"Construction started at 7 AM every morning, even on the weekend. I stayed for 4 nights in total and was woken up by the noise every single day. The soundproofing in the room was also terrible; I could clearly hear doors closing and people talking in other rooms!"

"The hotel's exterior photos are nothing like reality, and only the location is good. It's close to Da Lat Night Market and the lake, so it's easy to go out. One inconvenience was the lack of convenience stores or restaurants nearby. There was nowhere to even buy a bottle of water. The bed creaked loudly with the slightest movement. There was no fan, so when it was hot, I had to sleep with the window open. This meant I couldn't get a good night's sleep due to the noise of motorcycles, people talking, and construction from the neighboring building starting from early morning. The complimentary bottled water came in a glass bottle, which made me extremely cautious when using it."
