Built in 1922 with lush greens and floral garden right in front, antiques and ＞ 2000 pcs of art work. It is giving Bridgeton vibes. Location is perfect yet gives you the tranquil and peace. Eateries, cafes, massages can be found next door too. My little dismay is really the room, it can be refreshed a little to help travellers feel at ease, consider making it warmer and brighter."

"The hotel is very beautiful and stylish. Fresh flowers and a pleasant scent greet you in the lobby. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful with any questions or requests, treating guests with genuine warmth. We asked for an expedited laundry service, and they delivered it promptly to our room during lunchtime. The front desk attendant also assisted us in booking transfer seats to Nha Trang. Our room was very cozy, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable, and the bed linen was spotless. There was a nice selection of toiletries in the bathroom. I especially loved the plumbing, particularly the heated toilet with its various functions. The location is convenient for walks and a great starting point for the cable car and the zip-line park. The breakfasts were quite varied, and they made an effort to cater to both Asian and European tastes."

"The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the rooms are spacious. However, staying on the ground floor was far from relaxing. The noise from the room above was unbearable because the ceilings are very thin and not soundproof. I could hear every movement they made. I couldn’t sleep until almost 1 a.m., and then at 6 a.m., they woke up and started making noise again. If you’re assigned a ground-floor room and there are guests staying above you, I highly recommend requesting a room change immediately. I couldn’t rest at all during my stay."

"We had a generally pleasant stay at Michelin Hotel. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and very helpful, which made a great first impression. Both our room and the common areas were clean and well maintained, adding to the overall comfort. The only downside was the room design. It had large windows on two sides, which let in quite a lot of light at night even with the curtains fully closed. We kept the windows open to get some fresh air, but unfortunately there were no mosquito nets, so we ended up getting bitten and didn’t sleep very well. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with excellent service, but improving light blocking and adding mosquito nets would make the stay much more comfortable."

"The room isn't soundproof, so at night, the other rooms are very noisy with loud conversations. The TV isn't smart; sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. My baby likes to watch TV but it won't turn on. The room is damp, smells bad, and there are cockroaches and bugs in it; I caught two of them. Ugh."
