"My experience at this resort was absolutely terrible and completely ruined my recent trip to Da Lat. I had specifically booked a room with a garden or courtyard view, clearly stated on the website, but ended up with a room overlooking the gym. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but I was constantly disturbed by the noise from people working out early in the morning, their laughter and chatter waking me up. Moreover, every time I opened the curtains, I'd catch the eyes of people at the gym looking into my room, which made me feel watched and completely lacked privacy. I ended up having to keep the curtains closed throughout my entire stay. The front desk staff told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary room upgrade for a better experience, but honestly, this room was a huge downgrade. Is this what they call an upgrade? The hotel's promotional photos are glamorous, but they hide these undesirable aspects that only guests who actually stay there discover."

"Very close to Da Lat Night Market, with plenty of small shops to explore nearby on foot. It's also just a few minutes walk through the back alley to Sunny Spa, a famous local chain for massage and hair wash. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the hotel staff are all very enthusiastic. Having a laundry room is a great bonus. The grilled rice paper and avocado ice cream at the night market are both delicious."

"If you're expecting a true 5-star hotel experience, you might be slightly disappointed. They really need to improve in order to live up to a 5-star standard. A child had scribbled on the wall with pencil, and no one had cleaned it off. There were drill holes in the bathroom wall, the shampoo was not refilled enough, there was no body lotion provided, and the refrigerator was completely empty. Our room was right next to an unfinished construction area of the hotel. The balcony was dusty and connected to other rooms, which did not feel very safe or private. Our motorbike was parked in the basement in the guest parking area, but it was frequently moved to another spot. I also tried to find the complimentary sauna, but it was only available to spa customers. I was satisfied with the breakfast selection, which was varied and suited our taste, especially the Pho. The dining area was very crowded during peak morning hours. Our table was taken by someone else while we went to get food. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very professional; they were somewhat sparing with their words and smiles. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and the hotel prepared a small gift for us, which I truly appreciated. The location is quite convenient, close to the city center. There is a park with many beautiful flowers right in front of the hotel."

"Pros: It's a small standalone villa on a hillside, offering an expansive view of Da Lat from the garden. The outdoor garden and the two public lounges were the most satisfying aspects. The staff immediately helped with luggage upon arrival and provided service with a smile. Cons: The room was small and had no balcony. The hot water system was very unstable; it needed to be continuously on, otherwise there would be no hot water. After one person showered, another had to wait a while, which was a significant drawback in Da Lat's 15-degree Celsius nights. I contacted the front desk to explain the issue and requested staff to check it when I was out the next day. However, at 10 AM the next morning, a male engineer first knocked loudly, then directly swiped his card and entered the room without any prior phone call or communication! I don't understand what the in-room phone is for, nor how internal communication works. At this point, my experience was at its lowest. I had previously encountered hot water issues at the newly opened M-series in Hanoi, and this was the second time. I'm puzzled how this hotel earned its five-star rating. Both the hardware and software, inside and out, and down to the details, are at best comparable to a HUAZHU JI Hotel. While a lot of effort is evident in the decor and public areas, the subpar basic infrastructure is truly disappointing. The hotel has no restaurant and does not offer breakfast. Only coffee and tea can be ordered in the lounge area. To eat, one has to walk to a nearby cafe or drive to the city, which is very inconvenient. Finally, I'd like to thank Trip.com customer service for actively following up, handling the complaint, and arranging a refund, especially when the hotel was slow to respond. I always choose Trip.com because I feel secure knowing there's always someone to back me up."

"Luxurious hotel with gorgeous façade, brilliant lobby area, spacious guest room full of amenities. Abundant breakfast offering variety of local specialties. Very helpful, attentive hotel staffs have made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Fully satisfied and deserving of a comeback!"

"Pros: 1. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and always resolved any issues promptly. 2. The overall environment was quite good, and the hotel breakfast was rich and delicious. There's also a gift shop next to the restaurant. You can find some local street food stalls near the hotel as well. 3. There's a swimming pool with a comfortable, constant water temperature. 4. The bedding and slippers were comfortable. Cons: 1. The in-room facilities were a bit old, but not excessively so, and everything worked perfectly. 2. The only mosquito repellent provided in the room was a mosquito net. Overall, the experience was great. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy a very pleasant time at the hotel, though there were quite a few mosquitoes, so it's advisable to bring plenty of insect repellent. Tip: Dalat's weather can be quite cold day and night, so remember to pack warm clothes and always have a jacket handy."

Our room was spacious, incredibly cozy, and beautiful, all crafted from wood. The bathroom and fixtures were perfect. The electronic toilet was super convenient, and the shower was lovely. The bed was ideal – large and fluffy. Definitely get a room with a balcony; you'll adore it! 🩷 Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary delicious cake and fresh fruit. The staff were very attentive, and the housekeeping was top-notch. If you stay here, you'll never regret it. A hotel like this, with such beauty and quality, is a rare find. You won't want to leave afterward; it's just too comfortable. The thermal rooms and sauna are so beautiful, meticulously designed to ensure a wonderful retreat. Breakfast is à la carte, and the barista makes excellent coffee. And the pastries, oh, they're divine – you absolutely have to try them. There's no exaggeration in my review. Even the gentleman who greeted us was wonderful; he helped with our luggage and was very attentive, showing us to our room. Everyone here smiles and is genuinely happy to see you. The mini-bar even stocked rare and delicious imported beer. Renaissance-era paintings are everywhere. The entire hotel's design will surely captivate you. We frequently visit Da Lat, and this hotel has truly captured our hearts. 💔 We will definitely be back. Thank you! 🩷"

"Beautiful resort with a stunning lake view and very peaceful surroundings. Perfect for couples who want to relax and unwind. The room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. Loved the quiet atmosphere and nature vibes. A great place to slow down and enjoy quality time together. ❤️"

"We stayed at the Imperial Hotel. - On the first day, the in-room phone wasn't working, and the hotel had a scheduled fire alarm test, but we weren't informed about it during check-in. When the alarm went off, I rushed to the lobby, and the staff told me they had called our room but we didn't pick up, even though we didn't hear any calls at all. A staff member came to check and said they would send someone to fix the phone, but no one came that day. The next day, when the range hood wasn't working, we requested a repair, and only then did a staff member come to fix it. I asked about the phone, and they said they only found out about the repair request today and came immediately, but they hadn't received any notification yesterday. So what's going on? - The exhaust fan in the hotel toilet wasn't working properly even after someone came to fix it. This was supposed to be a relaxing trip, but I'm not comfortable or satisfied with the service here. I've never stayed at a 5-star hotel that was this bad."

"The location is excellent, right between Da Lat Night Market and Xuan Huong Lake. You can enjoy lake views from the hotel entrance or from rooms facing the lake at any time. The hotel itself is grand, luxurious, and has a classic, antique feel. It truly makes you feel like an 18th or 19th-century French aristocrat. The garden is also beautifully maintained and opulent. Breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed the afternoon tea starting at 2 PM. However, Da Lat mornings and evenings are cold. Even though I used the fireplace heater in my room, it was still chilly, and I ended up catching a cold. It's a good idea to bring warm clothes or pajamas for sleeping. P.S.
