No need to worry about traffic or catching a taxi. *Super New Rooms: I checked in just 2 days after their opening, so everything was untouched and sparkling clean! The furniture and amenities are modern and high-quality. Definitely book the room with the bathtub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. *Nice Little Details: The balcony has an automatic watering system, and there are 3 elevators so you never have to wait long. The fire safety system feels very professional and safe. Also, for those riding motorbikes, the parking basement slope is gentle and super easy to drive down. *Amazing Staff: The service here is top-notch. Everyone—from the luggage guard and parking staff to the housekeepers—is polite and always greets you with a warm smile. Big thanks to the front desk team who were incredibly cheerful and welcoming from check-in until the moment we got into our car to leave. The place was quiet and relaxing, and the staff were all friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was great as well! The villa offers some activities to try for couples and groups. Located a little bit further away from the city center but it's easy to get a grab for transport. If you don't mind that at all, I'd definitely recommend this place for your time in Dalat 😃

We stayed for one night. The grounds are beautiful and expansive, with charming cabins. There are lots of flowers, a vegetable garden, and their own mini-zoo. The only downside to the view is the construction on the opposite bank. As for the minor issues, the bathrobes are very small, and there are no disposable slippers. Breakfast was incredibly noisy and crowded, making it impossible to find a free table. Overall, you can tell the hotel has a high volume of guests, and some areas are in need of renovation and repairs.

No lift so if travel with big and heavy luggage, need to highlight this to them.. At night, the lights at the villa's common area were too dim especially the staircase. Should just add some sensor light. A friendly suggestion that you should place a concierge counter and staff near the entrance. Upon arrival, I have to carry my own luggage up the staircase to the lobby to check in. After that, they only brought my luggage to the buggy and left behind my backpack at the lobby. Besides, it will be more welcoming if someone greeted us upon arrival. But there's no one there. Luckily the scent of lily at the lobby makes it up. Breakfast was good. Environment was beautiful. Bed and pillows are comfy. Meeting the international chain standard. The food at Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is decent but not very authentic.

Personally, I feel that there is no air conditioning. It is very hot and stuffy in the evening. Although there is an old fan, it cannot improve the stuffy situation. The aerial landscape vegetable garden on the seventh floor is highly recommended. You can order a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It’s great! The breakfast environment is excellent and the dishes are average

The hotel is new, so everything looks pretty decent. Breakfast is an acquired taste; the only European options are omelets or fried eggs. There seems to be a wide selection, but it's hard to find something appealing, and there aren't many fruits. The hotel's location is good, close to the lake, night market, and restaurants. Soundproofing, like in all hotels in Vietnam, isn't great. You can hear all the noise from the corridor and the road.
