"The best hotel ever for under 500k! If you dream of a lakeside cabin, this is a fairy tale. The air, the atmosphere, the dogs, the views – it's all incredible. If you have the chance to stay here for a long time, take it. We ordered delivery from Grab with beautiful views. It's a place to recharge, relax, and connect with nature. Or, you can just watch TV with a forest view; YouTube works great. The husky is adorable! Special thanks for the massage chair, and for piano lovers, there's one here too. If the price goes above 500k, the downsides become more noticeable: the road, the length of the drive, and the food. The pool in the yard is more of a dog's water bowl; it's dirty. The windows in the room are so clear you could walk right into them, so be careful! 💖"

"A truly memorable stay at The Mist Boutique Hotel Dalat! 🌿 The hotel has a beautiful and clean space, ideal for a relaxing getaway in Da Lat. What impressed me most was the delicious and diverse breakfast, which was very thoughtfully prepared. In particular, the staff were super enthusiastic, friendly, and welcoming, always assisting guests with a very pleasant attitude, making me feel as comfortable as if I were at home. Overall, everything was great and exceeded my expectations. "This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and fresh, with no strange smells. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. All the facilities were well-maintained and easy to use, and the natural light and ventilation were excellent. "My experience at this resort was absolutely terrible and completely ruined my recent trip to Da Lat. I had specifically booked a room with a garden or courtyard view, clearly stated on the website, but ended up with a room overlooking the gym. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but I was constantly disturbed by the noise from people working out early in the morning, their laughter and chatter waking me up. Moreover, every time I opened the curtains, I'd catch the eyes of people at the gym looking into my room, which made me feel watched and completely lacked privacy. I ended up having to keep the curtains closed throughout my entire stay. The front desk staff told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary room upgrade for a better experience, but honestly, this room was a huge downgrade. Is this what they call an upgrade? The hotel's promotional photos are glamorous, but they hide these undesirable aspects that only guests who actually stay there discover."

"I visited Haven on a cloudy, foggy, and rainy day, but Haven gave me a truly healing vacation. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, especially Trang, who inspired me about Da Lat and Haven with her love for this highland region, and Tuan, who remembered each guest's name and paid meticulous attention to every detail. Haven is quiet, romantic, and the nature and scenery are so beautiful that I didn't want to go anywhere else. From my room, I could see Tuyen Lam Lake; opening the door brought gentle sunshine, breeze, the rustling of pine trees, and birdsong. Next to Haven is the road to the summit of Pinhatt, a fairly easy route, about an hour up and 45 minutes down, with clouds swirling around. However, the wind was strong and it rained on the day I went, so I couldn't see the beautiful view as well as on clear days. The lake view was most beautiful when the wind blew, creating shimmering streaks of sunlight on the water and plants. It's a pity I couldn't add a video to show just how beautiful the nature was."

"The location is fantastic, really close to the city center, which made it super convenient for walks and exploring the lakeside. It was clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Excellent value for money! If you're in Da Lat, you absolutely have to check out the coffee shops! Spending an afternoon there, just relaxing and admiring the mountain views, is incredibly refreshing."

"Pros: It's a small standalone villa on a hillside, offering an expansive view of Da Lat from the garden. The outdoor garden and the two public lounges were the most satisfying aspects. The staff immediately helped with luggage upon arrival and provided service with a smile. Cons: The room was small and had no balcony. The hot water system was very unstable; it needed to be continuously on, otherwise there would be no hot water. After one person showered, another had to wait a while, which was a significant drawback in Da Lat's 15-degree Celsius nights. I contacted the front desk to explain the issue and requested staff to check it when I was out the next day. However, at 10 AM the next morning, a male engineer first knocked loudly, then directly swiped his card and entered the room without any prior phone call or communication! I don't understand what the in-room phone is for, nor how internal communication works. At this point, my experience was at its lowest. I had previously encountered hot water issues at the newly opened M-series in Hanoi, and this was the second time. I'm puzzled how this hotel earned its five-star rating. Both the hardware and software, inside and out, and down to the details, are at best comparable to a HUAZHU JI Hotel. While a lot of effort is evident in the decor and public areas, the subpar basic infrastructure is truly disappointing. The hotel has no restaurant and does not offer breakfast. Only coffee and tea can be ordered in the lounge area. To eat, one has to walk to a nearby cafe or drive to the city, which is very inconvenient. Finally, I'd like to thank Trip.com customer service for actively following up, handling the complaint, and arranging a refund, especially when the hotel was slow to respond. I always choose Trip.com because I feel secure knowing there's always someone to back me up."

From the moment I was guided in to checking in, every staff member was enthusiastic, friendly, and provided meticulous and thoughtful service. The room decor was very well-considered, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The hardware facilities were meticulously maintained; the air conditioning, lighting, and electrical appliances all worked perfectly. The public areas were clean and elegant, and the lounge areas were comfortable. During my stay, all my daily needs were promptly addressed, and their professionalism was evident in every detail. The accommodation environment was quiet and pleasant, completely undisturbed by external noise, making for an exceptionally comfortable stay. It was a very enjoyable experience."
