The hotel environment is very good. It is located on the top of the Erhai Park. The room is spacious and private. The balcony faces the Erhai Lake and the scenery is very beautiful. The room is very clean, the bedding and towels are very clean, the facilities are easy to use, the hot water and shower are very good, especially the smart toilet is convenient and easy to use. The hotel service staff is very enthusiastic. Desserts will be delivered to the room every night. The room drinks are all free. The duty manager heard that we wanted to drink tea and specially found tea bags to send over. Before leaving, they also gave us a small gift of exquisite mushroom soup bags. The service is very thoughtful and meticulous. It is very good to take pictures of Erhai Lake from the balcony of the room. The hotel rooftop platform also designed a sky mirror, which is very beautiful for taking pictures. The accommodation experience is very good.

We stayed in Shuanglang for two days, in the ancient city for two days, and booked this hotel on the last day because we wanted to go to the city. The cave room we booked has no door to the toilet and bathroom. After taking a shower, the steam was always in the room, and the bed was completely wet. Lying on the bed, I started to get allergic rashes all over my body. 2. After the housekeeper changed our room (thank you again for the housekeeper service). The shower room in the second room was not closed, and there was no space above the shower door. When people took a shower in it, cold air poured down from the empty space above. 3. The two of us still had allergic symptoms within a few hours of leaving the hotel, and we had no adverse reactions in Dali for four days before. It is reasonable to doubt whether the hotel environment is hygienic; whether there will be mites in an overly humid environment. 4. The hotel room has a 10% discount on ordering meals, but ** is 15% off. In short, the design of the hotel is unreasonable, the sanitary environment is poor, and the only desirable thing is the housekeeper service. This is the first time I write a bad review.
