Came to Yunnan specifically for the floor-to-ceiling windows. Summer in Dali truly fulfilled all my fantasies about living in a beautiful destination. The original photos are stunning enough without filters. The Sancai Yunhe Dali Shuanglang Erhai Snow Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Both the guest rooms and common areas feature oversized floor-to-ceiling windows, directly facing the entire Erhai Lake. Lying in bed felt like stepping into a picturesque landscape. The private viewing terrace was perfect for photos, and there were many popular spots nearby. After a day of exploring, returning to the room, enjoying afternoon tea, and quietly watching the sunset over the lake, while gazing out the window and relaxing, was incredibly gentle and therapeutic.

Seriously, if you're coming to Erhai Lake, I highly recommend finding a lakeside hotel like this one. The whole vacation vibe just hits you the moment you step in! The hotel offers a fantastic view of Erhai Lake, and the rooms each have a private balcony – perfect for watching the sunset with a great ambiance in the evening. The room is well-equipped with amenities, snacks, and drinks 🍻. I especially loved the Marshall speaker; it made for a perfect staycation. ✔️ For service, if you book in advance, the concierge will help with your luggage during check-in and check-out. Plus, for those who love taking photos, every room comes with a complimentary travel photoshoot📸. My girlfriends and I spent a whole day here and never got bored. ✔️ Beautiful lakeside scenery ✔️ Thoughtful afternoon tea service ✔️ Comfortable and stylish resort-like environment ✔️ A little sweet treat before bed. This beachfront guesthouse is a hidden gem, you won't regret staying here! The location is fantastic, right on the waterfront with stunning sea views. You don't have to go far to reach Erhai Lake, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, making dining and drinks super convenient. The butler service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive, providing genuine care throughout your stay. The cleanliness is exceptional; the entire house is spotless, the bedding is clean and soft, and the bathtub and vanity are meticulously cleaned and disinfected repeatedly. All the facilities are new and well-equipped. You can enjoy an immersive sea view from the scenic bathtub, and the public library corner offers a quiet and atmospheric space. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area with excellent drainage, no standing water, and all the soft furnishings and appliances are new models and well-maintained. The balcony offers a wide, open view – it's incredibly therapeutic to feel the breeze and watch the sea. Everything is well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, making it our top choice for a getaway.

The B&B is about a 15 to 20-minute drive from Shuanglang Ancient Town, which I found to be a quiet and comfortable distance. The mountain and water views from the window were a real treat every morning! Our stay included breakfast, afternoon tea, and a goodnight milk. The service was excellent and the staff were very communicative. They even prepared a thoughtful souvenir for us when we checked out. Overall, it was a great experience 👍🏻 Just a small suggestion: when we first checked in, there were some stains on the toilet that hadn't been cleaned. We contacted the front desk and they sent someone to clean it right away, but it did make us feel a little uncomfortable. After all, most guests prioritize cleanliness, especially in areas like the toilet. So, I hope more attention can be paid to cleaning in the future to ensure guests have a good first impression.

Jingyun B&B was a wonderful surprise! The huge floor-to-ceiling window in the room was exactly like the photos online, even more beautiful and real. You can lie in bed and see Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake! The online photos are accurate, but reality is even better! It offers great value for money, far exceeding my expectations. The location is also excellent. It's very convenient to get to Shuanglang Ancient Town by electric car, regular car, Didi (ride-hailing), or bicycle. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and ordering takeout is also easy. The owner is very warm and hospitable, feeling just like an old friend. There's plenty of space to relax: a parking lot, a garden, an orchard, and a tea area. It's spacious and comfortable to stay in, and my family really enjoyed it, so I highly recommend it!

The hotel is not big, relatively quiet, and very clean. There's a shuttle bus to the main scenic area, and it's also very convenient to walk there. A bit of a price hike during peak season is understandable. I'd suggest to the owner that for guests checking in on the day, it would be a nice touch to add them on WeChat beforehand to clarify service details and facilities.

Seriously, I'm not a shill. Choosing a B&B in Dali can be tricky. A sea view doesn't always mean it's right by the sea, and even if it is, the decor might not have aired out long enough to get rid of formaldehyde. And even if all those conditions are met, there's always the chance that neighboring B&Bs are under construction, making it super noisy. This B&B, however, has excellent service, beautiful scenery, and the staff are really welcoming. It's not far from Shuanglang Ancient Town, and there's a delicious rice noodle shop right downstairs. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try!

The butler service is attentive and reliable. The scenery is superb, and the facilities are impeccable – with underfloor heating from the bathroom to the restaurant. The owner has excellent taste that perfectly matches my aesthetic. All the materials used are very solid. If you're on vacation, I recommend booking for several nights. My only regret is that I only booked one day. For breakfast, I suggest adding Western options like sandwiches. I really couldn't eat the rice noodles 😂. Next time I'm in Dali, I will definitely come back here.

First time visiting Dali with my elderly mother. We stayed in Dali Ancient City (Haixi) for the first two nights, experiencing its lively bustle. For the latter two nights, I specifically booked a hotel near Shuanglang Ancient Town (Haidong). After comparing several options, I chose this cliffside seaview guesthouse. Upon arrival, whether in the guesthouse garden or in the room, we had unobstructed views of the blue sky, white clouds, Cangshan Mountains, and Erhai Lake. This trip was absolutely worthwhile! 😊 The guesthouse service was also good, and they even offered complimentary bedtime milk. 🥛🥛

Facilities: The whole house is well-equipped with a high-definition XGIMI projector, branded bathroom fixtures, and individual air conditioning. There's a communal tea area, complimentary bottled water, and easy access to taxis and convenient parking. It's a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Cleanliness: The room was very clean with no unpleasant odors. The staff were very thoughtful and had already turned on the air conditioning before our arrival. Environment: The guesthouse is built by the sea, just across the road, with no tall buildings blocking the view. The balcony is an excellent spot to watch the sunset. There's no noisy night market nearby, making the overall environment very peaceful and ideal for a relaxing getaway. Service: The housekeeper was very attentive, meeting us at the entrance to help with our luggage. They also patiently explained local travel tips and how to use the room's facilities. Summary: This was a very pleasant trip. The environment here is really great. I'll definitely stay here again next year when I bring my family to Dali.
