프론트에서 체크인할때 남자직원분과 여자직원분이 굉장히 친절하셔서 기분좋게 시작이 되었는데, 방을 들어가보니 더 좋았습니다. 깔끔하고 쾌적하고 공간도 넓어서 좋았습니다. 보일러도 따로 되어있어서 조절할 수 있는 점이 좋았어요! 청소도 잘 되어 있었고 수건도 깔끔했습니다! 아침 조식도 정말 맛있었고 식당 사장님도 친절하셔서 어라연 호텔에 대한 모든 것이 다 만족스러웠습니다! 시내에 위치해서 접근성도 좋았어요 재방문 의사 있습니다❤️

새로 지은 별관은 컨디션이 좋은 것 같은데, 구관은 창문도 작고 약간 모텔 느낌이었습니다.
하지만 시설은 나름 괜찮았고, 서비스도 좋네요.
만약 다음에 이용한다면 신관을 이용해야겠어요^^

일반 원룸 오피스텔 느낌의 깔끔해 보이는 숙소라 혼자서 하루 묵기에 저렴하고 위치도 좋았습니다.
비품도 전반적으로 잘 갖추어져 있었는데 옥의 커다란 티 하나...
아침에 일어나 커피포트에 물을 끓이기 전 혹시나 해서 물로 한번 헹구고 나서 안을 보니 바닥에 뭐가 묻어 있어서 여러번 헹궈 봐도 역시 그대로더군요. 입구가 좁아 손을 넣을 수 없어 칫솔 손잡이로 긁어 보았더니 이물질이 여러개 떨어지는데 정확히는 알 수 없지만 누군가가 거기에 라면을 끓여 먹지 않았을까 합니다.(미리 사진은 찍어 놓을 걸)
제발 그러지 맙시다. 설겆이라도 깨끗하게 해놓으시던지.
호텔 측에서도 조금 더 신경 써 주시기를...
