First impression the hotel looked great, the room was spacious and the balcony was as big as the room! Then my allergies were triggered when I walk into the room. I’ve been sneezing and had itchy eyes. My asthma got worse and I had to go to the hospital. The room looked clean but there’s definitely something causing my allergies in this room. Then in the last day we found out the room had white hairs that looked like dogs hair that kept getting on our clothes. When we asked the receptionist she said , that dogs are allowed in the hotel and that we should’ve told them to clean more throughly if we had allergy! I don’t think that I should have an allergic reaction for the room to be cleaned properly! It should be cleaned properly period even if I wasn’t allergic! The perks of the hotel is it had a great location for skiing. Ski rental store at the hotel close to ski lifts and bus and supermarkets.

A great experience. I will definitely visit again as soon as I can. The hotel is on the main street of Davos. The building is kind of historical and has a lot of fashion. Parking available for guests. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very generous and various. Good of any preference. Rooms are spacious enough and clean. THANK YOU FAMILY MOROSANI

We have just returned from what was meant to be a long and enjoyable ski weekend. I have been staying at the Morsani for over 10 years. I have written positive reviews on here in the past, but I will now never go back. The staff seem to have changed considerably. This time - from arrival and throughout our stay - not one smile or welcome from any staff. Totally unhelpful and lacking any knowledge. We had clearly (a couple of times) asked for a quiet room - we were given one with an interconnecting door and near the elevators (in my guest profile exactly what I don't want) - we then had a screaming child next door making noise most of the evening (called to reception, who were totally rude) - then woken up at 6.45am on a Saturday. Lots of staff at breakfast - nobody really working - all stood around by the coffee machine. Many of them didn't seem to speak much German nor English.

Great Hotel, great staff, very nice building, comfortable rooms. Overall a great experience that I will repeat. The Hotel is located in the very center of Davos, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Rooms are nice, spacious and well equipped. See you soon Morosani!

This Morosani Hotel in Davos is a little more upscale than the Posthotel, but in terms of service and comfort, both are just as good. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and modern. At the back, you have a wonderful view of the mountains, especially at night.

I spent 6 nights in this hotel on a business trip. Location: Located in the middle of Davos, it is an ideal starting point for sporting activities. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance. Hospitality: The staff is helpful and friendly. Room: The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable - there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Breakfast: The only criticism of the stay was the breakfast. The rooms are very stylishly furnished, with lots of old wood. The bed was extremely comfortable, the evening meal (room service) was excellent, although very expensive. Some of the staff were unprofessional (held their noses because they had a cold, behind the reception desk and spoke to guests like that). Although the parking spaces are advertised as free, I was not given a parking space and had to park at the Coop (44 francs for 2 nights!!), of course at my own expense. The telephone and SuitTab in my room were broken. The telephone was replaced immediately at my request. Since breakfast is served until 10:30 a.m., I had set my alarm for 9:00 a.m. At 8:50 a.m. the chambermaid woke me up by suddenly standing in my room. There were three long black hairs on the floor and in the shower in the bathroom and it was very cold.

+ We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite. This was very spacious and beautifully furnished in Alpine chic with wood. Large, beautiful sun terrace with a view of the Jakobshorn. Comfortable beds. Location is top, about 5 minutes from Davos Platz train station. Free shuttle from/to the train station. - Room a bit dusty, but otherwise clean Minibar was empty? (except water) Coffee was available, but no cream Room staff are very "brusque" and burst in twice at 9 a.m. chatting loudly (once even on the day of departure?!), without apology Breakfast is very poor for a 4-star hotel; unloving, not appealing and small selection Service is mediocre Insufficient information on the day of arrival (check-in time?) Another great experience from the hotel to the food (breakfast). Full points, even though we got the same room category as last time, but unfortunately the not so nicely renovated version. What a pity. Full points, even though our dog wasn't allowed in the dining room - so we spent quite a lot of our budget in other restaurants in Davos. We were welcome with our dog too.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit besonders freundlichem Personal. Auch die Kpche ist ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet was das Herz begehrt, von Lachs bis Sekt. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Здравствуйте! С 04 июля по 10 июля 2024 года я проживала в г. Давос в Моросани Отели Давос. Я приехала на йога-ретрит. Улыбчивая администратор Анастасия, говорящая на русском языке, после регистрации помогла мне пройти в номер 123, забронированный еще в феврале месяце. Первое удивление было в том, что убранство номера совершенно не соответствовало фотографиям, выставляемым отелем. И Анастасия подтвердила, что это только на фото. Оставшись одна я не смогла открыть первое к кровати заколоченное наглухо окно, заматированное, потому что оно упиралось в соседний балкон, а второе открывалось настежь, без упоров, на уровне крыши с галькой, люди могли перешагнуть через не высокие балконы свои рядом и войти через окно в комнату. Мне трудно было дышать. Сейф поломан, покрывала маленького нет, ванных принадлежностей кроме большой бутылки мыла нет, чайника нет, пакетиков кофе, чая и т.д. нет, комната производила впечатление созданной из какой-то кладовки. При обращении к Анастасии, она с улыбкой ответила сначала, что других номеров нет, хотя я приехала одной из первых на мероприятие, что для окна она предлагает бируши? В уши?, и что никто в комнату не войдет через окно, у них так не принято, сейф отремонтировали при мне, но больше всего меня потрясло обьяснение отсутствия чайника – в целях пожарной безопасности!!!!! И чайник, типа в порядке исключения, был выдан. Ванные принадлежности выдаются при обращении к администртору! Кроме того, улыбающаяся Анастасия рассказала, до какой остановки надо доехать, чтобы билет в аэропорт был более дешевым. Как позднее оказалось, в оплате предусмотрен трансфер бесплатный и от станции до отеля и от отеля до станции. Справедливости ради, надо отметить, что Анастасия сказала, что записала мое отношение к номеру и надо утром обратиться к руководителю. Но я плохо себя чувствовала после полета, не было времени на объяснения, требования, и возможно переход в другой номер, так как начинался ретрит, и я не стала добиваться другого места. Позже выяснилось, что номера других участников мероприятия за ту же цену были просто роскошнейшими с большими балконами, шезлонгами т.д. В номерах с ваннами, отдельными туалетами, двумя раковинами за ту же цену предусмотрены были не только чайники на подносах со всем необходимым для чая и кофе, но и кофе-машины с капсулами кофе. В моем номере при уборке мокрые полотенца аккуратно складывались и оставались на месте. Так что время, которое предполагается использовать на отдых, на который зарабатывал человек год или больше, оказывается надо было потратить на просьбы и требования о предоставлении услуг, которые забронировал за полгода за заплатил недешево. Просите, просите и возможно дано будет вам!!! И не берите ключ от номера 123.
