Nice modern hotel. Staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. See the history of porcelain factory is interesting. Everything shows a high awareness of quality. Even the breakfast is good. We ordered a dinner and it was very tasteful with extra fruit for free. The afternoon high-tea must’ve had.

Staff were very nice and room was good for value. Room was clean but gym facility is quite not enough. Better increase some machine like bike or something.

I finally made a reservation for the Luzerne Ceramic Hotel that I had been dreaming about during this holiday! I stayed there for two consecutive days and had a very good experience. The hotel is very clean and has a sense of design. It has its own brand of mini museum. The ceramic utensils used are all designed by the Luzerne factory. You can also visit the ceramic factory while staying in the hotel. Children can DIY ceramic utensils. The buffet breakfast is rich and delicious with a combination of Chinese and Western styles. The front desk guy is very good. The hotel also has robot service. In short, everything is very satisfactory. I strongly recommend it to my friends around me. I will definitely stay at Luzerne when I come to Dehua in the future.
