Clean and staff is very very friendly and helpful. High floor for a good sea view Clean and big bathtub!

For 4 persons stay, only 3 towels given (including amenities). If your room service can check on the booking before preparing for next guests to come and stay, the service will be perfect. The restaurant breakfast service has lots of rooms to improve like take shorter time to replenish/refill the empty food. For us two days straight, we have to wait for some food plates to refill (around 7:30 am timing). You may say due to lots of guests are coming down for breakfast. If this is the case, you have to make sure you have enough chefs on those peak hours timing. The pool, distance to beach, room cleaning service, concierge service, counter staff are all in great service and very friendly. It's a big plus point for this hotel. If breakfast choices and speed of refilling food can improve, next time , I don't mind to stay here again.

Restaurants are good! Room is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay here again next time!

Booked a night at Westin Desaru for my daughter's birthday. The hotel staff are nice to arrange for a complimentary choc cake for the celebration. Beach is clean and nice for water and sand play.

The receptionists have served us with hospitality since we proceed to check in. The room and beach are satisfying. Room design is cozy where we could unwind and relax to the fullest. However it was a pity that one of the parts is still under renovation that we were unable to explore for more. Also the flies hovering around food in the restaurant kinda affected the dining experience. Having said that, we have had a good time and really enjoyed our short getaway trip. Westin Desaru is inevitably a recommendable selection for your trip.

Really good staying experience at The Westin Desaru Coast Resort , very near to the beach, just walk to the opposite of the resort, it’s a good stay for family outing. Infinity pool , kids love to swim. Staff also very friendly and good service. Overall is quite nice, stay 1 night is never enough.

Honestly the best beach resort ive been. They gave us a simple room deco and a mini chocolate cake. That is the sweetest surprise from westin desaru could have ever done. I’d definitely come again 👍🏻

We had a pleasant stay at Westin, Desaru. Room was spacious and clean, and we had a nice sea view. Breakfast spread was amazing, but do come early to get a good seat. We also cycled to the beach and went for a yoga class and had high tea. All in all, thoroughly enjoyed our weekend break in Westin, Desaru! Big thank you to reception staff, Azam, for being so friendly and making our stay so much better.

Hotel room is clear. Staff are very friendly. Their service is very good too. the kids had fun in the kids club and beach. The bed are very comfortable too.

It's my 3rd stay with Westin. It was a perfect stay. I really loved how seamless it was throughout the whole process from check in (car parking is great now without the need for validation), room was upgraded which was such a lovely gesture, the breakfast was superb as usual (the variety was one of the best ive encountered in all my travels), even the special amenities kit for my kid was so nice to have. The kids play areas such as the small reception slide, kids club, level 6 games area was a nice touch to keep the kids entertained. Just a suggestion that maybe a swing would be nice to have. If there's only one downside was the weather was really hot for dining outdoor at breakfast areas, and would be cooler if the air con worked as I saw them repairing it, but it was no issue as we moved our seat indoors. I did stay at Anantara Desaru once before and it didn't have the same family friendly and welcoming feel that I felt at Westin Desaru. I would definitely stay again at westin. Thanks so much to Westin Desaru team! It's a great job and continue the awesome work!

It was great stay. Nearby with easy beach access. Breakfast buffet was alright; plenty of options.

Very relaxing stay! All the staff were very friendly and helpful! Supper in bed was also a pleasant experience as food was delivered warm and delicious. Definitely will come back if I am ever craving a staycay.
