位置還行，就在海灘邊不遠，民宿在路邊，對面就是個停車場。民宿新，進民宿要換拖鞋，不太習慣，也不提前聯繫一下。民宿早餐還行，油條、雞蛋、花生、小蝦皮等。房間夠大，榻榻米床墊，可以坐地上，送二包掛耳咖啡不錯，智能馬桶。

進去要拖鞋確實覺得還挺乾淨的呢
所以衞生沒什麼問題的
環境也可以
服務的話一般衹能説
早餐跟這個民宿的價格不匹配
隔音效果很差
我沒怎麼睡
一直有聲音
最最最讓我無語的一點是
竟然要停車費
我們傍晚六點多去的
第二天九點多走的
説要收三十停車費
是私人收我們的
問題是
六百多的民宿
竟然要另外收停車費
我不是很能理解

洞頭區應該算是比較潮流的民宿了，設計師款民宿，衞生弄的很乾凈不錯，當然價格也不便宜。早飯很簡單，作為當地景區這麼有特色的民宿，建議早飯加點温州特色。白粥饅頭包子油條都是我們江南地區的早飯，應該加些糯米飯炒粉幹之類的温州特色

家人臨時決定去温州遊玩，選擇了比較小眾的洞頭。看了些洞頭的民宿和酒店，覺得性價比都不高。無意間發現了隱約民宿，2023年開業，裝修風格也是喜歡的簡約風，價格也蠻划算，就先定了一晚住宿。到達酒店後，長輩們喜出望外，連連稱讚，説房間非常滿意，乾淨整潔，進大門就需要更換拖鞋，房間面積很大，佈置温馨舒適，貼心的樓梯都有感應燈帶，大大的👍出門幾步就是沙灘，海鮮排擋也近在咫尺，馬上又追加了一晚。總之這次的洞頭之行，天空不作美，但是住宿的環境絕對滿意，下次有機會再來洞頭一定再次入住。
一點小建議：早餐的品種能夠再豐富些的話，更能提升您家的檔次了。

住了兩天，巴適得板。酒店毗鄰東嶴沙灘、小吃街、停車場，吃、住、娛都很方便。酒店硬件設施有設計感，房間寬敞，體感舒適，尤其地下室有個小童玩樂區域，帶娃出行都懂的，可見老闆是個用心經營之士。軟件方面，管家大姐、小妹都非常友好，噓寒問暖，熱情介紹，方方面面都做的很好，五星點贊！
