氣得從不評論的我都要來評分！
酒店設施和入住體驗還是不錯的，就是最後幫我們叫了台“黑車”所以不能接受！所有不是經過渠道的都不要相信！甚至是酒店幫你叫的車！都是亂開價！2倍以上的開！首次來杜拜最糟心的就是打車了，又貴又亂！氣死！！！！

房間：設施非常新，很多小細節很出彩。舉個例子minibar裏面的茶都是本地最好的品牌。
餐飲：在pastry這個部分非常驚艷 其他的一般
服務：可能因為新開的緣故，你可以看到很多很多服務人員，但是效率不怎麼高，不過瑕不掩瑜。
27層的無邊泳池很nice 據説這是全世界最長的一條總體來説營造的氛圍還是有one&only一貫的味道。

This is a huge and impeccably finished hotel. There are lots of “wow” areas, including the entrance lobby and pool areas as well as the “line” which is full of excellent restaurants and bars. Our room was beautifully fitted out, with great view out over Zabeel Park and Dubai Frame. The in room accessories are high end, including a huge TV and Dyson hair dryer. There is a top end beauty trea**ent Center and we had lovely massages during our stay. There is also a superb gym facility. Breakfast in the line was fantastic - a great selection of hot and cold buffet and a la carte options from around the world and very good service. The service in general was slightly patchy - excellent at times and less so at others, but it is relatively early days so that should improve. Overall, a great stay.

The resort is one of a kind , The staff are warm and very professional, we really felt like at home , Special mention to Mr. Daniel front office manager,He ensured departure was super smooth even though we did not want to leave this luxurious resort , Our housekeeper was great, had eye into all details,Ojaswi Boral she went above and beyond to ensure we luck nothing, she had all the information about the room and very professional ,very good ambassador of the property ,Aziz from guest relations team was superb, We never wanted to leave but we will return for another stay sooner than expected this is one of the best hotel in Dubai , Thank you One and only

I have A great experience in garden pool the beautiful hostess nouhaila wa so nice and helpful thank you for here and thank you for everyone all the one and only staff in the reception and all the venues I will come again soon it’s amazing hotel.
