I really enjoyed my stay at Ibis Al Rigga. The hotel is perfect for me except for the gym, which is poor in comparison to other hotels. I would be glad to stay there again.

Room is pretty decent sized, close to metro station and the airport, so i would say good for the price

The staff is kind,location is good,the only problem is that when i booked,they didn't prepare the room and they gave the room you were supposed to be someone else,then the staff said they would call you to change the room the next day,but no call happened even though i said it's up them to call me.

It was a pleasant stay. You can easily find the hotel and there were varieties of restaurants nearby.

Hi the lactation it’s okay but the service are abit slow,nobody help you for your suitcase,you have to take all of then for yourself to the room no help no one show you where the room is , the room not that clean,no smell good

Good hotel in a good location of Deira , near Al Rigga metro station. Rooms are just average in size. But comfortable bedding and clean . Front desk staffs and housekeeping staffs are very pleasant and friendly. It’s a recommended property to all for an affordable budget.

Overall my stay at IBiS hotel was good and satisfactory. Rooms are clean and nice. Hotel Staff Sumanth, Arnorld and Junior was very helpful in assisting me. Hospitality is very good.
