I chose this hotel on impulse because it was newly opened. The price was not very advantageous and the service made people feel very uncomfortable. There was no greeting, no goodbye, no smile; there was no sofa in the laundry room, and the ones used were not private brands. Laundry detergent is packaged in bags, which is very unfriendly for guests who have climbed the mountain and need to run back and forth; when the elevator comes, the staff making linens are the first to go in, and the other elevator is being renovated and looks like a rough patch; two bottles of water for the three-person family room, I was asked to send a few bottles over the phone, but only two bottles were given. I was stingy and drank the water I brought. The only advantage is that it is a new business and it is relatively clean. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night and couldn’t wait to check out the next day. I will never do it again. The hotel he stayed in was because I looked down upon him; it was like a breath of fresh air to change to another hotel.

I think whether I can find them or not, I should tell the guests, especially since the guests have reported that the noise is disturbing their rest. Hygiene: I didn't pay attention when sleeping. I woke up in the morning and found blood stains on the pillow. I feel disgusting inside Service: When checking in, the hotel front desk recommends parking in the underground parking lot. I think the front desk staff should take the initiative to give the parking card to the guest. In the evening, we parked the car in the underground parking lot after dinner and didn't know that we had to get a parking card. The next day, when we were rushing to climb Qingcheng Mountain and left the garage, we were told by the security guard that we had to get a parking card. In order not to waste time, we had to pay for the parking fee. Environment: In view of the above situation, the environment that I originally thought was pretty good has been greatly compromised in my heart! I will not choose this hotel next time I come to Dujiangyan.

做為麗楓酒店的忠實粉絲，旅行途中會首選麗楓，特別是新開的，尤其鍾愛；曾經住過的那些麗楓，位置好，設施新，房間舒適，尤其是洗浴用品深得我心，薰衣草的洗髮護髮洗浴潤膚，特別喜歡。這次走完川西環線，在川西幾天輕微高反不敢洗澡，下到都江堰專門定了這家2024年開業的麗楓，不得不説位置有點偏，但不影響我對麗楓的喜愛，走進大堂發現前台沒人，經呼喚從旁邊套間（可能是辦公室吧）走出兩個服務員，手裡正拿着麗楓潤膚油擦手，開了房間上樓，準備馬上洗澡，卻發現房間沒有潤膚油，心想可能是漏放了，致電前台問詢，前台卻説酒店沒有潤膚油，我説住過的所有麗楓都有，從川西下來皮膚都起皮了，實在沒有推薦個超市吧，我出去買一瓶，可能動了惻隱之心，服務員突然説前台有潤手霜，機器人給我送上來。哎，全國住過十幾家麗楓了，房間沒有潤膚油的這是第一次遇到，關鍵是前台明明就有，為什麼不給客人用？小小一瓶潤膚油，也是麗楓酒店品質的象徵，我翻看了酒店的客評，發現幾個月前也有個客人指出這家麗楓早餐沒有酸奶，房間沒有潤膚油，幾個月過去了，酸奶沒有看到，潤膚油也沒有放在房間。你們這家酒店的小瓶潤膚油，是放在前台給服務員擦手用的嗎？房間裏的洗浴用品也是用鐵架子鎖起來，並且裏面衹有一點點，洗澡都沒洗完，浴液就見底了，真是不可理解。其他都好，衞生、房間設施都不錯，早餐尚可。

前台免費升級到景觀大床房，房間能看到從都江堰內江分出來的一條河。因為馬桶是方形的，帶的一次性馬桶墊套不上，還好酒店配備了一次性馬桶墊。距離熊貓谷比較近，打車十幾分鍾就到了，趕在開園20分鐘前到了，看到了大熊貓乾飯，不過小熊貓已經幹完飯睡覺了。
