Lavande Hotel (Dujiangyan Irrigation Project Rongchuang Paradise Panda Valley Hotel)

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I am still very satisfied. The front desk staff is professional and kind! The room has three separate bathrooms. There is a night light in the toilet at night. The breakfast is also good and rich in variety. Especially the fried rice noodles are very suitable for our Cantonese tastes.

The check-in experience was very good. The staff at the front desk had a very good attitude. The check-in was very fast. They arranged a good room for us. There was a fresh fragrance in the lobby, which smelled very good. The room facilities were also quite complete. There was also light music playing automatically in the shower.

The hotel check-in and check-out experience was very good, the room was clean and spacious, and the hygiene was very clean. The service attitude of the front desk and room staff are very friendly, and the facilities are also very complete.

As a loyal fan of Lavande Hotels, I will always choose Lavande Hotels when I travel, especially the newly opened ones. I love the ones I have stayed at in the past because of their good location, new facilities, comfortable rooms, and especially the toiletries. , lavender shampoo, hair care, bath and moisturizer, I particularly like it. After walking the Western Sichuan Ring Line this time, I was slightly sick for a few days in Western Sichuan and dared not take a shower. I went down to Dujiangyan and specially booked this Lavande, which will open in 2024. I have to say that the location is a bit out of the way, but it does not affect my love for Lavande. When I walked into the lobby, I found no one at the front desk. After being called, two waiters walked out of the adjacent suite (maybe it was an office). They were wiping their hands with Lavande body oil in their hands. They opened the room and went upstairs, ready to take a shower immediately, but found that the room was empty. There was no moisturizing oil, so I thought I might have missed it. I called the front desk to inquire, but the front desk said that the hotel did not have moisturizing oil. I said that all Lavande hotels I have stayed at have it. My skin was already peeling after coming from western Sichuan. I really can’t recommend one. Let's go to the supermarket. I went out to buy a bottle. Maybe I felt pity, but the waiter suddenly said that there was hand cream at the front desk, and the robot brought it to me. Hey, I have stayed in more than a dozen Lavande hotels across the country, and this is the first time I have encountered one without moisturizing oil in the room. The key is that it is clearly available at the front desk, so why not give it to guests? A small bottle of body oil is also a symbol of the quality of Lavande Hotel. I looked through the hotel's guest reviews and found that a few months ago a guest pointed out that there was no yogurt in the breakfast at Lavande and there was no body oil in the room. Months have passed and the yogurt has not been seen, and the body oil has not been placed in the room. Are the small bottles of body oil in your hotel placed at the front desk for the waiters to use to wipe their hands? The toiletries in the room were also locked up with iron shelves, and there were only a few in them. The bath liquid ran out before I even finished taking a shower. It was really incomprehensible. Everything else is good, the sanitation and room facilities are good, and the breakfast is acceptable.

In terms of hygiene, the carpet is very dirty and the tiles are also dirty, see pictures. The shower is unreasonable, there is no place to put personal belongings in the shower room, and you have to walk a long way to get a bath towel after getting out of the shower. There are too few and small places to put things indoors. Frames for hanging pictures on the wall, with large sharp corners hanging over the bed, require extra care when leaning against the head of the bed.
