Breakfast is very good . So is location . Rooms are fine with a hot shower . Would stay here again

Hotel in central location room very comfortable but very warm due to weather. Breakfast was fantastic delighted with the booking was an absolute bargain through Trip.com during the Royal military tattoo and fringe season! Would definitely return!

Great hotel, fab location, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for a weekend. The hotels location was fantastic, 5 minutes walk into the centre but still very quiet at night. Staff will really friendly and very helpful (taxi service was brilliant thanks again). Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice especially as we had 3 vegans in the party and one who cannot eat gluten, we were all full each morning. Overall a fab stay and I will stay with you again on our next trip to this beautiful city.

The hotel is located in a convenient location in the city centre, and the rooms were clean and included all of the items we needed. We were attending the Taylor Swift show in Edinburgh and so the hotel was quite busy, but the reception team were helpful and friendly and we were checked in quickly

I didn’t know much about Edinburgh, but quickly realized that this hotel was perfectly located right off of the Royal Mile and convenient to the train station.

This hotel is very well located being just a few steps from the Royal Mile. It is in line with being the budget hotel that it is ( no safe/air con not really! No bed making but towels refreshed if requested) But more importantly it is very clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff in the breakfast room and reception team are very professional and know how to run a tight ship! So, the above reasons if bearing in mind this is a budget hotel elevate my score.

Cheapest accomodation I found in Edinburgh. It offers a decent place to stay for a night or two. Amy from reception was fantastic and friendly. The only downside was, no hairdryer in the shower, no bath mat (we had to request for it and they gave us a hand towel instead to be used as a bath mat). I was also disappointed that we cannot leave our luggages after we checked out (9am) and asked the reception if we can stow our luggages until 12noon however, they said they don’t store luggages anymore and recommended us to stow our luggages across the street where we pay £4 each bag. In the train station it was more expensive £10 per bag for 3 hours! Our train leaves at 13:30 and we went around the city with our luggages. My advice, DO NOT CHECK OUT EARLY!
