We recently stayed at Emei Shan Grand Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel itself is well-located, with spacious and comfortable rooms, clean facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it a perfect base for exploring Mount Emei.
What really stood out to me was the service. In particular, I want to give special mention to Ms. Xu, the caretaker, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She was attentive, kind, and always ready to help. She assisted with local information, ensuring the room was perfectly prepared, simply checking in to make sure everything was comfortable, her thoughtful care made us feel very welcome

酒店是國企，但管理非常的到位。服務人員的服務意識很強，很有親和力。
雖然是老酒店，設施設備不是最新的，但是品質和服務是沒得説，床墊非常舒服。對接的管家很熱情，提供了非常好的建議。

酒店性價比很高，在約定的時間裏還能有專車去峨眉山站接送，房間雖然有點年代，但是各項設施還是不錯的，有温泉，有泳池，爬山下來泡個温泉什麼的都挺好；早餐也很豐盛。離報國寺很近，同時走去峨眉山的觀光車站也是5分鐘路程，周邊吃的也不少，價格也不高。如果去峨眉山玩許需要入住的話，非常值得推薦。
