Room was very clean was very pleased with the room

The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice and also really helpful. I think her name was Vanessa? But tell her I said thanks a lot. I really appreciated the professionalism!

It was ok all in all

The room is extremely dirty, unsafe. Disconnected fire alarm, room smelled like sewer!!! If you walk on floor your feet or socks would get black from dirty floors. Mirrors and tv screen were so streaked you could see the picture! You had to get key card reprogramed just to get back in. I called the office to complain and night clerk blamed me and told me to speak to the manager tomarrow! Safe your money don't stay here!!!

This was my second time booking this hotel. I tried to give the benefit of doubt. The rooms are not clean, the bedding was dirty, there was no pipe in the sink therefore when i cut the water on it went straight to the floor.The remote control had no batteries. The cleanliness of this property is horrible. The Econo Lodge is a whole lot better. Its obvious they are ran or managed by a different set of folks. I will NOT be booking again.

******* had nice pictures of this room & hotel, which was nothing like it really was. Reserved for 6 nights, arrived to a smelly room, beds were hairy, dirty, moldy room with no towels, or toilet paper. There were bugs in the bathroom. I went to the office to request items missing and to tell them about the room. They had no housekeeping on site so they could not provide the items needed. We asked for a different room, which was a little better except the toilet had not been cleaned and the tub was moldy. I actually purchased cleaner and cleaned the bathroom myself. The next morning, we checked out and we were charged for the first night (which I agreed) but they also charged $75 because we checked out early. WHAT???? They caused it. I wonder if they do that to all of their guests. I tried to get ******* to help but they would not stand behind their customer and said they would not investigate the hotels "check out" early policy. I was hoping ******* would want to make sure the properties they represent are legit charges and that they don't rip us off. ******* did not stand behind me as their customer and I will no longer use ******* as this tells me how much I mean to them. Note #1: ******* did state they called the hotel and they "negotiated" only one nights charge but I had to pay for the "check out" early policy. Note #2: I had already negotiated with the motel to charge one night but they would not refund the $75. It's the $75 charge I want back!

The worst place I ever stayed I’d rather sleep in the street and stay here again roaches everywhere. Food under the cushion in the chair inside the room sheets dirty just nasty do not recommend nasty.

Worst Motel Ever: Lock on door was broke off, had to put a chair under door knob, There is No Breakfast, Coffee only in Room. Pool was boarded up. People were living in back of the Hotel. Mattress out around back, and a Couch and, Also smelled awful. Staff would barely speak to you! Should be Shut Down.

Old out dated in need of repairs. Bed was comfortable

Had to wait 3 hours for the room. Then the room smelled awful!! The male clerk was rude.

This place is awful never stayed at a place like this before worst experience ever

The room was one of the dirtiest i have ever stayed in. The mirror on the bathroom door may have never been cleaned. No vent cover on the fan. Lock was broken in the front door. Bathroom door was shredded. Just poor condition and unclean.

Dirty! Towels were disgusting. The property was poorly maintained. Looked like they had questionable permanent residents living there. Didn't look or feel safe. Even the safety lock bar was broke on the door.

This place is the nastiest place I’ve ever seen. I threw up going into the bathroom. Definitely doesn’t ever get cleaned and there’s bugs and stains everywhere!!!! Don’t ever come here!!!! I want my money back. This shouldn’t even be legal. Gross
