Pros: Super friendly staff. Room was clean. Great view of the mountains. Good location.
Cons: Breakfast was the same minimal thing every morning. They ran out of milk and didn’t replenish it for the 2 mornings we were there. Room is old with floor peeling up. Parking area was covered in ice and quite dangerous

The main heating unit in the room did not work, the front desk attendant said we had to set the heat to 80 degrees to keep it working. Many of the electrical outlets in the room did not work and were a fire hazard. There was a large puddle of water in the bathroom when we arrived. They did not shovel the steps (we were on the second floor) which created an unsafe environment for older adults. The breakfast was awful. This place is cutting costs and the property is really going downhill. we will not return

Nice and clean, nothing fancy but everything we needed. Hot tub has no key requirement. Our boys went out there 3 times and a group of drunk young adults had completely taken over. They even asked our boys to go get them beer! Boys saw them leave and they got into cars & drove away. Motel should have cleared the snow on the walks for safety. Needed water in buffet- I was told to go to a vending machine if I wanted water?

The location and property were great. The only issue we had was the toilet backing up one time but it was fixed quickly.

Hotel was clean and the person who checked us in was friendly but the TV didn’t work and the heat in the room was not able to be regulated. We woke up in the middle of the night due to an extremely hot room. We had to open the window to get some cool air during a 5 degree night. Probably won’t stay here again.

We traveled to Estes Park from Cincinnati for my birthday. Our stay was great from the get-go. The front desk staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They gave lots of great suggestions on where to eat and places to see. Our king suite was spacious and tidy. The view was gorgeous. There was a light up shower head that made us giggle. My husband even showered with the lights off to fully enjoy it. We will definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Estes Park.

Great place to stay with an amazing view and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Only thing was ice sheet in front if our room.
