Very close to the train station, a three-minute walk. It's a bit similar to a B&B, with a total of five rooms. The facilities inside the house are quite good, and it's relatively close to the attractions. There is no front desk reception in the traditional sense, and you will be contacted by phone in advance. Breakfast is prepared in advance by the boss, not a buffet.

In mid-October 2024, we as a family stayed for a couple of nights at I-Sleep B&B in Florence. I had booked this after much deliberation with its manager, and my instincts were right, as it turned out to be the suitable accommodation for us during our stay. The breakfast was fine, prepared according to our suggestions. The property’s location made Florence easily walkable, and we walked miles across the city. Everything about this property was excellent, and I can recommend it to anyone looking for a stay of any duration. A nice bonus was the lovely balcony and the views outside.

I Sleep B&B is absolutely fantastic! First, owner and operator, Clarissa is an exceptional hostess. The pride she has in her establishment and caring for her guests is evidenced by all her attention to detail. Clarissa is always ready to help with reservations, directions, and recommendations which she copiously writes down for you to have in hand when you go out for your day in Florence. She made several reservations for us before our arrival through messaging with us. Her willingness to help you using text messaging was amazing and went above and beyond any innkeeper we have encountered. The food choices for breakfast were plentiful and delicious! The entire property is spotless. There is a wonderful terrace to have breakfast and start your day well. Clarissa is kind, gracious, efficient, and personable. I Sleep B&B has a few other perks. It is located just a 5-7 minute walk from the main train station. Right next door is a laundromat and affordable laundry service. Two good restaurants are just 5 minutes away, Antica Trattoria Il Giuardino on Via della Scala and Trattoria dall ‘Oste. Clarissa maintains an English TV station (39). It’s a marvelous place!

Clarissa was very helpful and responsive and goes out of the way to make your stay nice. Hotel is very close to train station and 10minutes walk to the city center. The entrance is not obvious and might be obscured due to the bus stop in front where people are waiting for the bus.

Great location right next to the train station. Very clean and well maintained. Kind and helpful staff. Nice balcony overlooking the hillside. Room appointments are basic but serviceable. No frills but workable. Typical Italian breakfast served either on the balcony or in the small lounge.

The apartment is in a great location! Lovely apartment! Very nice and friendly hostess, who is easy to reach and is happy to give tips for your stay. A lovingly prepared breakfast is provided in the morning. You can also park your car in a nearby garage. A little noisy but otherwise great.

Great hotel on the 4th floor (accessible by elevator) Not far from the train station. If you arrive by car, just ask the hotel about a garage (then you get a discount on parking). Breakfast and times must be selected the day before. Everything is then served in the morning. Everything is uncomplicated and great. Great hotel for exploring Florence. Super stylish furnishings. We had a balcony with a view of the city!
