Atour Hotels in Foshan

Atour, as always, never disappoints. The location is super convenient, right next to Qinghui Garden and Daliang Pedestrian Street, offering an abundance of delicious food options. All the local specialties I was craving, like fish skin, dessert soups, and double-skin milk pudding, were easily accessible. I particularly enjoyed the raw fish dish (yusheng). The hotel's cleanliness and service were simply impeccable.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Ancestral Temple. Upon check-in, the front desk staff offered hot tea, which was a welcome relief in the scorching heat of the October Golden Week – perfect timing! Every staff member we encountered throughout the hotel greeted us warmly. The hotel offers self-service laundry, but as we were tired from a day of sightseeing and wanted to rest early, I asked the front desk if they provided laundry service. To my surprise, they confirmed they did, and the washed clothes were hung on our doorknob by the next morning. The hotel kitchen also helped us heat up some takeout food. One evening, returning to the hotel, the doorman saw me taking photos of the hotel entrance and kindly offered to take a group photo for us. Later, after checking out, I left an item in the lobby, and the staff helped locate it and arranged for a delivery service to return it. The service truly exceeded our expectations. Now, regarding the facilities, the hotel's decor is very new, with no lingering renovation smells. The room itself was standard; not large, but not cramped either. The luggage rack was a bit small, making it impossible to fully open two small suitcases at once. The vanity was located in the middle of the room, meaning brushing teeth would inevitably disturb a sleeping companion. The toilet flush was excessively loud; a quieter model would probably better suit Atour's brand image, wouldn't it? Additionally, the function buttons on the side of the toilet were only marked with symbols, leaving guests confused and needing to test each one to understand its purpose. Room soundproofing wasn't great; we could hear neighbors showering and using the toilet. As the hotel is built above a subway station, there was a faint rumble when trains passed, which affected sleep around 6-7 AM but was barely noticeable during the day. Also, regarding the ramp at the hotel entrance, I'm not sure if it's solely for luggage, but if it's meant to be an accessible ramp, the incline is quite steep, and wheelchair users might not be able to ascend it independently. The bedding is characteristic of Atour, with many reviews online, so I won't elaborate further. Overall, my stay at Atour was satisfactory. The minor drawbacks were related to the hardware facilities, but the staff were all excellent!

This Atour in Shunde truly stands out; the service here is hands down the best I've experienced at any Atour hotel. From the welcoming staff at check-in to the room's facilities and spaciousness, everything exceeded my expectations. The housekeeping staff were incredibly polite too. One housekeeper even proactively asked if my laundry was ready and offered to bring it back to my room so I wouldn't have to wait. I was genuinely surprised and impressed – not only did she deliver it, but she had also folded everything neatly! Such thoughtful service! I was so impressed that I immediately extended my stay for two more nights and cancelled my reservations at other hotels! I highly, highly recommend this place! Trust me, you absolutely won't be disappointed. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to an excellent shopping mall and an entertainment complex. It's a fantastic spot with everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment all in one place!

Atour Carries its high standard for it customer service and satisfaction, they are still keeping it up and the room and hotel is very good. Only thing is they doesn’t have rain shower and a bit smoky ok thier breakfast area, you can be smell as fried egg smell and etc after you had your breakfast, but the variety of breakfast is excellent with many fruits and selection, thier laundry service is F.O.C. And water botol replenishment is excellent. There’s walking distance to food restaurant and mini mart I will highly recommend you to stay here.

We had a great stay here. The room was big and spacious. On our second night, we encountered loud music from other floor/room hence they immediately changed our room on the next day. Free laundry service from the cleaning lady which is awesome. Receptionist will always give us hot tea and honey tea when we were waiting for the car. Location is great too. Lots of eateries around the hotel. We will definitely be back again.

My recent stay at Atour Hotel was excellent overall, with the bedding and service leaving a particularly strong impression. The mattress was medium-firm, providing excellent support without being too soft and causing back pain, or too hard and compromising comfort. The duvet and pillows were also very comfortable, with soft, skin-friendly fabric and no strange odors. I was able to quickly relax and enjoy a good night's sleep. Both the front desk and housekeeping services were excellent. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly. The room was also spotlessly clean. Overall, Atour Hotel truly excels in both comfort and service. It's well-suited for business trips or leisure travel, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

On a last-minute trip to Shunde to meet friends, I chose Atour Shunde Fisherman's Wharf for its convenient location near our meeting spot. Check-in was seamless, and the welcoming staff were excellent. When it unexpectedly rained one evening, I went to borrow an umbrella from the front desk, and they impressively knew our room number right away. The next day, I requested a late check-out due to travel plans, and they handled it very efficiently. These small details truly showcased the front desk team's professionalism and excellent training. Many thanks to them! Turning to the room, it offered a stunning river view, comfortable bedding, new furnishings, and a shower with great water pressure and consistent temperature. The location is fantastic; within a 20-minute walk, you can reach Xinjiu Road, Fisherman's Wharf, and the Diesel Engine Plant. I haven't stayed at Atour hotels much in the past, but it will definitely be my top choice for future trips. The option for late check-out until 2:00 PM (subject to availability) was also a fantastic convenience.

2nd time staying at an Atour Hotel and it did not disappoint. This was a newer hotel and it had a modern feel. The premises were bright and airy. Rooms were spacious and clean. The reception staff was excellent - they were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety - it was constantly replenished. A big plus for us was the laundry service. The attendant took our laundry and once done, returned to our room in a clean bag. It was great!! As for the location, it was fine for us as we took cabs to get around. There wasn't much in the immediate vicinity but it was only a short cab ride to the sights. Wonderful stay!!

45min car ride from Baiyun Airport Guangzhou to hotel. Check in was smooth but staff english is totally zero. Used translation a few times. Had a taobao ordered and staff received for me so I just go to desk and claim it . Rooms are spacious and considerably clean. There is daily supper of porridge and dessert. I like that they replenish bottled tea daily.

Everything was perfect, the whole place was properly ventilated and smells nice. The hotel bed and pillows was amazing, felt like sleeping on a cloud ☁️😴, loved it all. Breakfast was delicious as well😋😋, would definitely recommend to everyone.
