I think the service is ok and the room is clean & comfortable, with good locations.
It's surprise even no small refrigerator in the room and the water kettle is not clean and scared using it.
The breakfast is no good, it's fine not provided, but better to have good coffee & tea provided in cafe.
No staff is familiar with the hotel promotion. We have booked 10 rooms in total on Dec. 29 & Dec. 30, 2023. We have checked that there is special price for 10 rooms with $2000 coupons, seems no one is familiar on it and also the massage $158 seems no one knowing it too. We may come back again since the location is better than Aloft & Hilton even we are the memebers with free room upgrade & breakfast.

The hotel room looked tidy, but the room service lady didn’t use germ killer sprays etc. I got skin allergy after my stay there for a night.

Very good. The room is clean. The transportation is convenient. There are many food places downstairs. However, the elevator is used by white-collar workers in the office building. You have to wait for the elevator during rush hour.

I like this hotel very much. The environment is very good, especially comfortable and quiet. The service is warm and thoughtful. The hotel is clean and tidy. Parking is very convenient. The location is good, just next to Wanda Plaza

The location is very good, right next to Wanda Plaza. I stayed for two nights. There was a problem with the air conditioner on the second night, but the master came to repair it quickly. Other than that, I felt very good! Will consider staying again! A free buffet breakfast was also provided. Although there were not many styles, it was not bad!

The room was clean and tidy, and the pillows and sheets were very comfortable. I had a good sleep. The nearby Wanda Plaza is also very easy to visit. There are many late-night snack options opposite the hotel. The barbecue is delicious. I will stay there again.
