Nice hotel, good location, free parking on the road, nice service, clean room

It seems that all German Hotels lost their sense of 5-Stars Service after COVID-19 Pandemic...

The hotel was good overall. The room was clean and the service was nice. However, the breakfast was not very varied and lacked many options.

The service was great. Buffet breakfast was a good spread as well. However, there is not nearby shops or convenience shops nearby

Comfortable stay. Hotel was right next to tram station, with easy access to other metro lines as well.

Clean room. Busy hotel, and looks like a lot of business people staying here. Friendly reception and nice hotel bar - champions downstairs.

Good services

The hotel was well equipped with restaurants, a gym, and other basic guest services. Their breakfast was alright. Though we stayed two days, the breakfast was only worth trying once. The staff and guest services were wonderful and helpful. The view is beautiful as well.

Nice view

First, it seems to be a prestigious hotel with its own brand, but despite the fact that my room was paid in full, at check-in they asked me to make a deposit, supposedly this is the hotel’s policy. They said that after I check out within one day they will send the money back to my account. It's been five days now and I'm still waiting for my money. Well, that’s okay, I’ll get the money back somehow, it’s just a matter of time. Second, I woke up the next morning and was going to have breakfast, for some reason when I was approaching the door of the dining room they stop me. I think that’s okay, I have to say the room number, alas no, they said that I had to write my room number and my name in full (with a common pen for the whole hotel - when you go to eat, really?). And for some reason I still have to indicate how much tip I will give for a breakfast that I haven’t started yet. Maybe this is normal, I’m the only one so naive who doesn’t understand, but this was the first time in my history.

It is a business oriented and a clean hotel. The room is large and modern. The breakfast is well and the food is delicious. The location is a bit far from the main train station and need to travel by regional transport means. But seems to be an advantage of far from the main train station by gaining comfort personal security.
