Great location near to the train station and bus terminal, which are attached to a huge mall filled with restaurants and stores with prepared food. Central yet quiet. Obliging English speaking reception staff. Room small but functional. Breakfast good but served early. It says 6:30-9:30 with last serving at 9; however, the fruit was all gone by 8:30 and not replenished. Saves on food waste, I guess. Laundry a big plus.

Good quality. Very clean room. 7 mins to hakata station. A lot of good restaurants around the hotel. However, no gym, no free breakfast, or any other facilities are available

The staff is polite and excellent. Besides, there many restaurants and shopping mall nearby.

Very good location and food breakfast

It happened to be raining when we arrived in Fukuoka. I read the travel notes and wanted to find the underground shopping mall West Exit 19. It was said that it is very close to the hotel. I asked many Japanese people but they didn’t know. I had to go to the ground to find the way using Google Maps. After walking for a few minutes, I finally found the hotel. , there is a convenience store and a ramen shop in front of the hotel. The room is a bit small, but everything is complete. Once you get used to it, it feels like it is not very far from the station.

The location was great, about a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station. Amenities included toothbrushes, razors, cotton swabs, bathrobes, and other necessities.
