I didn’t expect the hotel to also prepare a laundry room with a washing machine and a laundry table. You can also dry clothes. It is too suitable for long-term guests like us. Stayed for a long time and it was too comfortable. Like home, the bedding was very comfortable and clean. I was used to living here. It was super convenient to go to the ginseng market. After looking at many hotels, I feel that the rooms are all dirty and old. The electric toilet is very comfortable! If you come to Xipo, staying here is a good choice! ! !

Play: Because Tianchi is closed, the boss recommended rafting, snowmobiling, and horseback riding. But due to lack of time, I didn’t go on horseback riding, which is a pity!

AAnonymous UserHotel is located directly in the Wanda international ski resort, near the smaller ski service center. There is also a shuttle bus every half an hour to the big skiing center, which is convenient for everyone who would like to start their skiing experience there.
However, we were a bit disappointed that the hotel staff members didn’t speak English, or just very little and therefore every issue or request was handled using the translation machine (and the translation wasn’t very accurate). Even though the staff was trying to be helpful, translating every single sentence was frustrating and tiring to say the least and both the staff and even us have gotten annoyed with the rather lengthy process.
Accommodation charges included also 3 skiing tickets (equipment included). Although it might be a big plus for a family with 1 child, for us it wasn’t that much of an advantage. We wanted to buy the same rights and benefits for our second child, but it wasn’t possible, so every day we needed to start with buying a skiing ticket for one child and renting an equipment, as it wasn’t possible to buy the ticket and renting the equipment for the whole week.
The hotel breakfast was very tasty with variety of choices. Mostly Chinese options with fewer western style food, but this wasn’t problem for us, as we like Chinese options more.
We were also satisfied with cleanliness and hotel amenities, a little convenience store directly in the lobby was also nice to have.

22306382866The hotel is located in the Wanda Resort, with an excellent location and quiet environment. It is very convenient to go to the pedestrian street. The hotel has a restaurant, swimming pool, and hot spring pool. You can stay at home without leaving the hotel. The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic, and the guest manager Joy is even more considerate. I would like to praise her here. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, I will definitely choose to stay at Park Hyatt Hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel rooms were spotless and fully equipped. The resort features a cable car, Wow Lake, and various entertainment options like stand-up comedy shows. There are plenty of activities at the resort, and the overall environment is great. Guests staying in the cycling suites even receive complimentary ice cream.
The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and all resort personnel were incredibly detail-oriented and meticulous. Any issues were addressed promptly, which was excellent!
The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Transportation within the resort is very convenient. We also enjoyed the excellent food and great rice wine at the log cabin restaurant near the hotel.
We took the 1442 steps up the West Slope to reach Heaven Lake (Tianchi). It was a rare clear day, offering stunning panoramic views of Heaven Lake – absolutely breathtaking! We're already looking forward to coming back in winter for skiing!

GGuest UserOur room was exceptionally spacious – a true suite. The living room even had a sofa bed, and the bedroom boasted a huge 2.4m bed. With two bathrooms and two balconies, it was incredibly convenient for drying clothes and felt wonderfully spacious and comfortable, especially for a family with children. The room service was flawless, and every single staff member was incredibly patient, attentive, and friendly.
The hotel's environment was truly beautiful; every casual photo we took looked like a picture from a comic book. The shuttle service was also excellent, with two distinct routes. One route covered all the main activity areas like the children's playground, archery and shooting, jungle trekking, go-karts, and the glass skywalk. The other route took us to Meijing Pavilion, which offered breathtaking panoramic views of Changbai Mountain.
The hotel offered a truly extensive range of complimentary activities and amenities. We spent four full days there and barely had to pay for anything extra. From the moment we woke up, our days were packed with fun: mountain biking, trampolining, the children's playground, archery and shooting, paragliding, and even 'Dah Tie Hua' (molten iron fireworks). In the evenings, we relaxed in the hot springs. Although the dining choices weren't super extensive, every restaurant we tried served delicious food.
Finally, a huge thank you to Manager Coco. She was incredibly attentive to every detail and always responsive, immediately helping us book and arrange whatever we needed. Our sincerest gratitude! We definitely plan to come back next year (the evenings were around 17°C, wonderfully cool!).

1-Both Chinese and Western styles are available. The basic breakfast dishes are complete. It's not luxurious, but the key is that the taste is not fussy, and they are all delicious. Breakfast is very important for skiers! Vegetables, meat, porridge, noodles, rice, bread, coffee, fruit... I eat one meal in the morning, which can last the whole day.
2- There are a lot of people during breakfast. It is better to go early than late. Be prepared for long queues. It is common in the tourist season and is completely acceptable.

Environment: The environment is clean and tidy. I can see that the store owner is carefully maintained. It looks reassuring!
Service: The boss sister is not the kind of person who smiles, but speaks slowly and doesn't make a fuss. She will stop you from ordering more dishes. She is a kind and good store owner.
Value for money: In the scenic area, the price is quite suitable, and the portion is moderate and large. It is really too much for 2 people to eat. Just go into this store and have a look, but the food is delicious and affordable, which can keep people. When you go out to eat, it's up to you to decide how much you want to spend. The store also has hard dishes that cost about 100 yuan. You can order them according to your wallet. Many basic dishes in the store are really affordable and delicious, and the prices are friendly and don't turn away customers, which is great!
[Skiing]
1-The ski resort is not big. It is very friendly to beginners, and there are good routes for intermediate players to practice. Advanced players may find the black trails less exciting, but fortunately, the park props are well designed, and the forest trails are great after snow. I skied for two days and still felt unsatisfied. It's small but beautiful.
2-If conditions permit, go to the Costin ski equipment hall to borrow a board. The style is more advanced, the quality is better, and it's newer. The only drawback is that you need to return to Costin to return the board. I didn't study to go to Costin to try my luck and see the board until the third day, but I didn't use a good quality board until the third day. Hate it, I was angry about weight gain for the past two days.
3-Why do you say this? I borrowed 5 women's snowboards in the ski equipment hall of the ski town. The serrations on the bindings of 4 boards were rounded and could not be hooked. QQingjiaowoshandaiwangA massive shoutout to Changbaishan Wanda Jinhua Suite Hotel! After a 4-night stay last week, we're completely won over. Building No. 2's location is incredibly convenient, with the water park, hot spring, and slides all just a stone's throw away! Our two-bedroom suite was incredibly spacious, perfect for our two little ones who staged daily sofa-bouncing 'disco' and car racing battles.
Special commendation to the entire service team! From check-in, they were incredibly responsive to every request: arranging cars, shuttle bus reminders, and housekeeping was always prompt! Deliveries were super fast too! A special thank you to Manager Benjamin! The water park only opened at 12 PM, and my son wanted to play, but as a mom, I couldn't enter the men's changing room with him. Manager Benjamin immediately arranged a late check-out for us, which instantly solved this tricky situation! This thoughtful gesture was even more heartwarming than the hot springs!
The front desk staff explained the hotel's amenities and perks in great detail, clearly outlining directions and operating hours. When we got home, the kids couldn't stop telling grandma how wonderful the hotel was. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Changbaishan! Highly recommend!

I thought I would be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of blue sky and white clouds when I woke up early in the morning. Sure enough, I didn’t. Disappoints me, the snow scene is so beautiful❤️
The space capsule is new and well-equipped. I was originally worried that it would be too cold at night, but unexpectedly I was woken up by the heat in the morning. The bed is moderately soft and easy to sleep on, and the hot water is also very hot. There is also a starry sky ceiling and a projector to play videos. It is very special to have such enjoyment in this ice and snow place. You can also feel that the boss pays attention to the details of the decoration, which is very good!
The most fun thing is ice fishing. I originally came to this tent for ice fishing. I caught three fish in the morning and 14 fish in the afternoon.
