Service was excellent. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. This included personally making freshly brewed coffee and assisting us with booking for transport (via Didi) to the railway station. Also recommended and provided directions to eateries and tour places. Our hotel was located about 15-20 mins’ walk from the famous 3 Lanes 7 Alleys attraction so was very convenient. Breakfast buffet spread offered a good variety of local and western cuisine. Room size was extremely generous with separate toilet & shower space, plus separate wardrobes. Very happy with our stay there.

MM521108****Facilities: It has been open for a long time and has been newly renovated. The wireless 🛜 does not work at all. This is after changing the room. It does not work at all if you need to work or watch videos. Hygiene: It's OK, the room lady is pretty good Environment: There is a KTV next to it, the noise is quite loud, and the room is not well soundproofed Service: Breakfast is limited, but it ends at 10pm. By 9pm, many things are gone. The two ladies are busy chatting, and you have to ask them for more, and they will reluctantly give you more.
