Let's talk about the inconvenient places
1⃣️The room layout is not ideal and convenient: the washbasin is directly next to the bed; there is no place to hang towels and clothes in the shower room; the water barrier is slightly low, and water will seep out when taking a shower; the bathroom space is slightly small.
(Friendly reminder: The shower room and the bathroom are separated, with transparent glass. Pay attention to privacy and choose carefully)
2⃣️There are not many places to eat around, but we went to a slightly farther yard and it was very good👍Two people, two dishes, one soup and one staple food cost almost 400 yuan.
In addition, the characteristics of this store-there are some cute pets, friends who like them will like it very much😘 But if you mind, choose carefully.

As soon as I arrived at the B&B, I was attracted by its appearance, which is full of design and perfectly integrated with the surrounding scenery. When you walk into the room, you will find it warmly and elegantly decorated with exquisite details. The bedding is skin-friendly and comfortable, and you will feel like being wrapped in a cloud as soon as you lie down. The small ornaments in the room are all unique, and there is intelligent voice control, which is good news for lazy people. It can be seen that the store owner put a lot of thought into the decoration and layout.
The staff are very hospitable. When checking in, they not only prepared a local travel guide, but also helped plan the route and recommended authentic food. Breakfast is local specialties, and afternoon tea is also available.
The public area of the B&B has several small gardens and swimming pools, which are unique, as well as leisure tables and chairs. This experience was great. I will definitely stay here next time I come here. I highly recommend it to my friends and family.

The rooms are spacious. The owner is very cooperative. I checked in before time and checked out after time without any extra charges. Very hygienic environment. The location is very convenient. The supermarket is just downstairs. In short, I recommend it to everyone.

GGuest User1. There are many room types. If you book early, you will have more choices. I made a late reservation and only booked the large room for 3 nights. It was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and a very large space. In the next few days, we can only book a small room. Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. I wish everyone good luck in booking a satisfactory room.
2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people.
3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie.
4. Service: Very good. The store owner and a handsome young man are very nice and enthusiastic, and helped us coordinate the room.
5. The geographical location is not directly on the sea, so you need to drive to the seaside. The B&B is located in the county town, which is very convenient. It's very convenient to order takeout and take a taxi. It's also close to Pingtan Station. The B&B is located in the middle of the attraction line, so it is very convenient to travel on the northern or southern route.

Reasons for choosing: 1. Newly opened in 2024, with relatively new facilities.
2. Conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of Tianmeiao Beach.
Highlights:
- Brand new rooms, fully equipped with laundry and drying areas.
- Excellent value for money, with affordable prices.
- The hostess was friendly and welcoming, even offering a ride to the beach on her bicycle.
Tips:
The path leading to the B&B is the one in the last photo (near the small garbage station, flanked by wildflowers and grass). Mosquitoes are common in the evening, so please take precautions.

AAnonymous UserIt was really mediocre. First of all, when I checked in, the male owner or employee gave me a very unfriendly look, scanning me from bottom to top. Also, the room cost nearly 270 yuan (comparable to the Home Inn next door), and the cleanliness was terrible. Hair wasn't cleaned from the sink, the toilet wasn't cleaned properly, and some used shampoo bottles were still there. There was menstrual blood on the mattress from another person, and it wasn't cleaned or washed before being used on the sheets. The sheets also had yellow and black stains, and when I folded the blanket, I found blood spots. The toilet was also unsanitary (the edges were covered in limescale). Also, I want to mention that the road from the South Station to the guesthouse was full of Chicken's cards (this has nothing to do with the guesthouse). I only had time to spare and left the next day, so the experience was very poor. Now it seems that guesthouses are really not as good as chain hotels.

GGuest UserThe B&B is on the mountainside. I got to experience a stone house and was especially glad to stay here, so I didn't have to run around to see the Blue Tears. The Blue Tears was on a beach 500 meters away from the B&B. It rained on the night we checked in. I was afraid it would be noisy, but it wasn't. I slept very comfortably. However, there are more mosquitoes on the mountain. If you are going to climb the mountain, I suggest that friends who come later bring their own mosquito repellent (there are no mosquitoes in the room). The scenery here is beautiful, not many people, and it is very comfortable to walk around. The weather was not good when we came, and it is not difficult to imagine how beautiful it will be when the weather is sunny!

GGuest UserThe location is easy to find and convenient to the subway. It's a single house converted into two upper and lower suites. Overall, it's a good value and suitable for budget travelers. However, it's not ideal for those with high accommodation requirements, as the low ceilings can be a bit cramped for taller family members. While the facilities are complete, the toilet and bathroom are quite small. The bed is a bit hard. One room has air conditioning in the living room, while the other has a fan. We stayed on the second floor, and the staircase is located in the living room, which lacks security and isn't suitable for traveling with children. However, the online service was excellent, and the password-protected check-in process was simple.
