設施：都很不錯，又是一家有涼拖的酒店，雖然公區僅發現茶坐和餐廳，但能觀福州大橋的景色還是很賞心悦目的。辦公坐很大很舒服，可以放很多東西，躺椅茶几也很特別，房間感覺很寬廣，不壓抑。有個小建議，有茶具還是儘量準備茶包好點。還有就是浴室把手是圓的，沐浴露過後，再開真心打滑，或者説我就不應該節約用水的。
衞生：這個也沒得説，這幾天住酒店第一次發現有綠植和純天然植物香包的酒店，很意外。
環境：算是碼頭區，周邊沒去逛了，酒店內環境很不錯。
服務：中規中矩的服務，還是很熱情，特別是我找前台找口袋的時候，前台小姐姐不好意思的給了我個大號密封袋，哈哈。那種未能按住客要求提供物品的歉意，感覺是發自真心的，很是受用。

本來預訂了兩天的房，但是店家不誠信，不按照攜程的優惠政策給我升級房型，第一天我辦理入住時因不給我升級房型我向攜程投訴後，酒店立馬把商務套房設定為滿房，不給升級。然後我要求第二天的升級，又説第二天的已經預訂出去了，又把第二天的設定為滿房。我把第二天的預訂取消後現在又掛出來了。
超級不誠信。

新酒店的設施很好，房間非常寬敞，衞生整潔。酒店工作人員熱情好客，剛辦完入住手續，就主動介紹周邊情況，並推薦好吃和好玩的地方。
酒店位置稍微偏點，但對自駕游來説還是很方便的，園區裏停車位多，出門時報車牌給前台，免費停車。
特別要提一下，邊上的興仙海鮮樓，價廉物美，生意火爆。

忘記拍照，不過和其他朋友發的圖片效果一致，房間很大很開闊，乾濕分離，有江景房，訂的時候沒注意到，住進去發現對門是江景房，不過餐廳可以看到江景
衞生做的不錯，前台姐姐服務態度很好
位置在江邊，吃完飯可以溜達，離商超挺近，離馬尾船政景區也不遠，沿江邊騎車就可以了，周圍還有好幾家本地很出名的大飯店，樓下有幾家賣茶的店，可以進去泡個單泡解解膩
