乾淨整潔，環境還可以，性價比還蠻高的，獨門獨户私密性好，不和他人共用空間，樓層挺高可以看風景，就在福建師大旁邊，煙台山就在對面，位置不錯，到哪裡都方便

性價比不錯，👍，房間很寬敞，乾淨整潔，床也很大，一張床睡三個人都不是問題，陽台可以看風景，正好趕上江濱無人機焰火秀，16樓居高臨下，視覺盛宴！過了馬路就是煙台山公園，中洲島，距離幾個景區都挺近的

真的很贊，跟家一樣温馨，房間好大好寬敞，竟然還有冰箱，洗衣機，電視，無線網，重點是還有個小廚房，可以動手做點麪條，性價比算是槓槓的了，陽台可以看看風景

衞生是真的差，完全就是舊樓改造的。
環境：慘不忍睹，馬桶都是黃污漬，廁所裏面灰塵很多，洗手盆也是。
設施：外面吸油煙機幾百年沒洗一樣 還有油掉落
房子是圓床，又矮，被子又不是很乾凈 真的是嘔啦 真心建議各位先看看環境再入住 ，及其不推薦 沒必要花這麼貴的錢買噁心🤢。
