這是我目前住過最差的一家酒店 沒有之一 攜程頁面房間面積和實際不符 衞生極差！進房間門也有一股黴味 可能因為房間在兩樓 給印度人住估計都會被嫌棄！床頭上面那一條擦出來的灰（P1）還有殘留的死飛蟲（P2）床上也有蟲（P3）馬桶污漬沒擦乾淨（P4）剛入住的時候洗手池裡就有水漬和頭髮（P5）我都懷疑是上一位客人是鐘點房用了房間沒打掃的 無語！房間牆壁坑坑窪窪和臟東西這個就不談了（P6-7）六百多的房間連一次性拖鞋都沒 衹有兩雙噁心的老臭鞋（P8）我下樓問前台要了才給一次性拖鞋 特別薄 跟直接踩在地上沒區別！掀開被子一看 床單上還有油污..跟酒店網上説了這個情況 沒得到恢復 我就和攜程客服反饋了 前台小女人跑上來砰砰砰敲門説 聽説你要退房 我説衞生實在是太差了 在找酒店 她看我坐在床上 打電話跟他們老闆説 房間已經動過了 看她態度也不是很好 那副嘴臉感覺不太好相處 我請她先出去了 並要求網上溝通 考慮到我們還帶長者出行 已經十點多了 換酒店不便 就衹能將就住下了 酒店方一點點都不肯做出讓步 處理客訴能力低下 沒有提出過換房間或者讓阿姨重新來打掃一下或者任何一點其他補償 態度非常強硬 真是體驗感差到極致了 大家避雷！真的別上當了

入住發現是已經被人睡過的房間，床鋪都沒整理過，直接讓我退款，表明時間太晚了不退之後才給我換一間比原來還小很多的房間，衞生間很多小蟲子，房間裏都是異味，空調製冷效果很差，要不是臨時找不到其他的酒店，絕對退房。
