這次福州之行，先説他家酒店，位置在三坊七巷5、6百米左右，臨街三樓，但睡覺一點不吵！2025年裝修的應該，全屋科技感十足，智能馬桶，自動窗簾，空調位置極佳，吹不到人，十分給力舒服！因為新裝修，衞生間十分乾淨整潔！床品衞生舒適，各個燈光開關設計十分方便，還有起夜感應小光燈！走廊全新地毯，乾淨不潮！樓下各家大小飯店齊全！吃飯不成問題！離東街口地鐵站十幾米，坐1號線去煙台山、上下杭、福州站、福州南站都一路！這次旅遊，唯一不足就是我們趕上他家樓上有裝修施工，並且十分不厚道，白天裝修施工，晚上到10點多了還不停，早上7點又開始裝修，鑿牆電鎬噪音根本沒法休息！老闆家人很好，不停的找他們理論協調，甚至報警處理！我説這次體驗不好，跟人家酒店沒啥關係，主要這個裝修施工隊，太不友好，嚴重影響福州形象，我甚至想打政府熱線反饋了，但考慮都不容易，就算了！但這家酒店我得收藏了，下次還來他家！總不能再趕上裝修吧！實話實説！

服務很好，主要是位置實在是好，就在三坊七巷裡麪，而且離地鐵口也很近，走路大概2、3分鐘可以到地鐵口。去明達姐美食城也就6分鐘左右，到三坊七巷的主街區大概步行8分鐘左右。因為是新酒店裝修很新。智能馬桶會自動沖水，花灑也很好，水很大。

裝修新設施齊全！關鍵位置不錯離三坊七巷近離商場地鐵近挺方便，關鍵老闆挺熱情給我推薦那海鮮超市新鮮性價比，使我請朋友超划算！又有面子，老闆可能對福州挺熟給我推薦的幾個玩的地方和早餐等美食都沒踩炕！使我這次旅途挺愉快！福州確實是美食的天堂！海鮮比廈門便宜也許老闆推薦的好，這是一個非常愉快的旅行！還是離地鐵站方便！所以必須給好評！
