我是一名台灣旅客，這次來到福州福龍泉酒店，給我非常非常好的映象，地點良好、服務良好！房內有溫泉泡湯池，樓下三樓也有溫泉spa，下次還會再來這家酒店住宿，真的推薦，很棒！

房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適柔軟，設施齊全。員工服務熱情周到，每一個細節都照顧得很貼心。地理位置優越，出行方便。這次住宿體驗非常滿意，強烈推薦！
酒店環境優雅，裝修精緻。房間寬敞明亮，採光很好。早餐豐富多樣，味道不錯。前台辦理入住和退房手續迅速，服務態度熱情友好。整體性價比很高，下次還會選擇入住。

首先，酒店的外觀很氣派，位置比較好，離三坊七巷以及商業區都比較近，出行很方便，離地鐵口也很近，其次，酒店的環境整體來説還不錯，讓我們不滿意的是衞生，價格虛高，根本和酒店的設施設備不能夠匹配，就是一個純粹的洗浴酒店，不能用星級或幾鑽來評定，衞生真的根本不達標，房間，地板，牆面都比較臟，保潔阿姨打掃的不夠細緻，死角處都有垃圾，床單上有血漬。酒店的床品和布草根本不要提標準了，沒有標準，非常低端的，枕頭很小很薄，1米五的雙床房可以住四人，衹給兩個枕頭，問阿姨要了枕頭，半天送過來一個，我們帶着孩子實在是使用起來不夠，真心希望能夠改進外觀，看起來的確非常高大上!
