Old, extremely dirty, very unprofessional cleaning, inattentive staff (playing with phones all day. The noise rules are not observed. The elevator is horrible and was under some maintenance, so one time I had to climb the stairs to the 7th floor and discovered many interesting things on the way, like drying women’s clothes on the stair case (violation of the fire safety). In the morning of my last day, found a cockroach in the bathroom, no wonder- the rooms are dirty and old. See for yourself

I have never stayed in such a bad room. It was totally different from what I had ordered. I asked the front desk to change more than 10 rooms and finally I was able to stay. All the facilities were very old, the hotel elevator was also very old, and the toilet was transparent.
