This was my first visit to Fuzhou, and after extensive online research, I settled on the Shangri-La. Its location is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to get to all attractions. Plus, you can even watch the flag-raising ceremony right from your room! As expected from a well-established, star-rated hotel, the service was impeccable; every staff member provided exceptional assistance. After check-in, Besty, in particular, offered outstanding service throughout my stay. When I accidentally left an item behind at check-out, they even helped mail it back to me. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my trip to Fuzhou!

The guesthouse truly boasts an antique charm. Though it's a renovated old house, it's full of character and韵味. Anyone who appreciates traditional aesthetics will absolutely love it – I certainly did! The facilities were decent. The bedding, air conditioning, and bathroom water heater all worked perfectly. The only minor point was that the floorboards had a slight creak when walking, but it didn't really bother me. The location was fantastic for exploring. I had worried that staying within the scenic area might be inconvenient, but it wasn't at all. Right outside, there's plenty to see and explore, and an evening stroll by the river with a gentle breeze was wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. The only slight drawback, likely due to it being an older building, was that the soundproofing wasn't ideal. I could clearly hear people walking and talking outside. However, this generally wasn't an issue after midnight. The absolute highlight was the guesthouse owner's truly exceptional service! They kindly helped me receive a package that was delivered there and proactively assisted us with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. What's more, when it was raining upon our departure, they even offered us an umbrella – so thoughtful! Unfortunately, I didn't get any photos of the guesthouse's interior. The ones I've included were all taken from outside, just for your reference!

To sum it up, you can gaze at the moon at night, watch the sunrise in the morning, and enjoy the scenery during the day. This hotel, centrally located and incredibly convenient for getting anywhere, truly left a great impression. It's just a 20-minute subway ride from Fuzhou Station, right at the D exit of Chating Station, literally 100 meters away. Super convenient! 👍 As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, I saw the hotel restaurant setting up a food stall. I love seafood, and seeing those huge abalones and oysters, I bought six in one go. I'm not a huge fan of garlic, so I was a bit hesitant seeing so much of it. The abalone was 12/piece, and oysters were 14/piece. Back in my room, I devoured them. The aroma was incredible, and there wasn't even a hint of raw garlic. The chef clearly put thought into balancing the garlic flavor, it was perfectly done. I even bought four more the next day! 😁 They were genuinely delicious. If they're still offering them next time I stay, I'll definitely buy them again. 😊 P.S. Why did I give the service a 1-star rating? Because I commented that the 90 RMB roast duck at the 6F restaurant was very salty, and the restaurant actually accused me of asking for a refund 🥴🥴🥴. That's incredibly off-putting, is that what they call service? Since this restaurant is in the hotel, I'll review it here too, and let's see how they review me. I even mentioned that maybe roast duck isn't the chef's specialty and suggested they learn from Hong Kong's roast goose. Don't be so arrogant! 🤫🤫🤫 Finally, a big thank you to the meticulous service from the hotel front desk and the conscientious attitude of the lobby manager. I hope they continue to provide guests with a high-level service experience, and perhaps the staff at the 6F restaurant could learn from the lobby's service standards. 😊 When facing guests, don't just sit there pointing fingers; is that what they call showing respect?

The hotel is not too far from the scenic spots, it takes about ten minutes to walk there, and the nearest Zhu Fugui is about twenty minutes' walk away. But I like the hotel's environment layout more than the location. The courtyard design is very good, and some rooms can also take a bath. The breakfast place is on the second floor corridor. It is a good experience to eat breakfast while looking at the greenery outside. The breakfast is also very rich, and the fish balls and custard buns are delicious. The hotel's service staff are also very good, polite and enthusiastic, and will take the initiative to help with luggage. I will still choose their hotel next time I come to Fuzhou.

The location is amazing, very close to Sanfang Qixiang, but very quiet on the Zhuzi Alley side. It was converted into a hotel a few years ago. It has only 38 rooms, small but exquisite. The staff are very friendly. During the National Day holiday, I took the children to do handicrafts. Because we checked in before the National Day, they upgraded our room type. Thank you very much.

The hotel boasts an absolutely unbeatable location, right within the scenic area. It's surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and popular photo spots, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping – truly a one-stop solution right at your doorstep. For an avid explorer and food lover like myself, it's nothing short of paradise! The front desk staff, especially the young lady, provided exceptionally good service, always going above and beyond to assist with any request. My stay in Fuzhou was a bit too short this time, but I'll absolutely be making sure to book this hotel again on my next visit!

We had high expectations before our stay, and afterwards, I couldn't help but feel we definitely made the right choice – my entire family loved it! Facilities: As a newly opened hotel, all the amenities are sparkling new. They offer self-service laundry (washers and dryers), a well-equipped gym, and each room even comes with a capsule coffee machine, which was incredibly convenient! Decor: The hotel's interior design is incredibly chic and stylish. It beautifully transforms from day to night, making you feel like you've stepped into a luxurious lounge. Service: The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly; you can genuinely tell they are dedicated to providing excellent service. A special mention goes to 'Xiao Mi,' who proactively reached out to me before check-in, connected via WeChat to send thoughtful greetings, and even diligently followed up after check-out to get our feedback. This was, without a doubt, the best hotel of my entire trip to Fujian!

Excellent location, easy to access MRT station, bus, and Grab a ride to visit nearby restaurants, shopping places, supermarkets and scenery attractions. We stayed in this hotel for 6D5N. The room was well designed and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The air-conditioner provided cool air all the time. Due to the hot climate, most of the afternoons, we stayed in the room enjoying watching a variety of TV programs. Breakfast is good and wide spread including local traditional food and western food. Exceptional services received from the front desk staff, they were helpful, patient to answer your queries. An exceptional thank to 佳佳, she was helpful and patient to provide informations and guidance how to use Internet App to accessing interesting places, restaurants, Supermarkets and public transport. Furthermost, in the last night staying, my wife's legs suddenly wouldn't walk even wouldn't stand up (due to a long distance walk at 福道). 佳佳 also provided great help to relief our panic, i.e. providing my wife with a wheelchair, meal and etc on. 谢谢妳,佳佳. We had a pleasant and wonderful stay in this hotel. It is a nice hotel to be recommended.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Sanfang Qixiang, offering extremely convenient access to local dining and attractions. Upon check-in, a friendly hotel staff member warmly welcomed us and proactively assisted with our luggage. The front desk also provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's amenities, as well as nearby sights and restaurants. The afternoon tea offered a wonderful selection; the jasmine tea was an unexpected delight, and the accompanying pastries were unique and delicious. The hotel was exceptionally quiet, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring our family had a truly restful sleep. Breakfast, served in the serene courtyard, was very picturesque. We highly recommend the light bites and tea eggs, which were a pleasant surprise. It's worth noting that the hotel's restaurant is quite renowned; in the evenings, they offer roasted and braised snacks that are absolutely perfect with a drink. Overall, it was an incredibly enjoyable and unexpectedly wonderful stay!

The hotel is in a good location. You can see the hotel from Exit A of Dongmen Station on Metro Line 4. It is only 2 subway stops to Sanfang Qixiang, which is quite convenient. The receptionist at the hotel helped to upgrade the room for free, which was great. As the trip was coming to an end, the children's clothes for catching the sea were washed by the hotel. The staff was very enthusiastic and organized them very neatly. They could be picked up directly after playing in Sanfang Qixiang. It only costs more than ten yuan to take a taxi from the hotel to Fuzhou Station, which takes about ten minutes. You can also take the subway to Fuzhou South Station and Fuzhou Station, which is convenient for travel. There are also rich food, drink and entertainment around. I will consider staying here next time I travel to Fuzhou. Yaduo's tea bags are also very good. I didn't bring tea leaves when I went out. I stayed in Pingtan for two nights in the homestay and there were no tea bags. I had nothing to drink. I continued to use them at Yaduo, and I was happy.
