公寓裏面的衞生做的非常好 廁所也好大 房間雖然小了點兒但是裏面的設備齊全 住房期間有點問題找老闆他們也都會耐心解答 體驗感很好 本來打算住兩晚的 體驗感太好了就又續了一晚 這個價位服務這麼好已經很好了 性價比很高 位置也不會很偏 周圍好多小攤 吃吃夜宵什麼的都挺方便的 主要是離中聯商城好近 很方便 下次下贛州還定這家

老闆娘和老闆人都超級好，房間環境超級乾淨，被子也是好乾凈，不會像有些酒店臟臟，空調製冷效果也超級好，根本不需要另外收費，網上都是瞎説的，親自住過的好評，大學生不騙大學生👍👍👍👍

一號公寓換了老闆，服務真的很好，環境很好，衞生比以前乾淨的多了，還有免費停車位，睡覺安靜，下次還到這裏來住。

地方好找，從宋城景區開電動車5分鐘左右，但不建議住這，門鎖不安全，鐵鏈是斷的。環境不好，牀頭櫃與飄窗好臟，房間很小，好多設備都是爛的，沒有WIFI，説能連上，但是上不了網。晚上非常非常冷，一晚上沒睡好，第二天起來發現腿都凍疼了，沒法遊玩了，衹能回家，總體而言不推薦。周圍還有很多住的。

先説優點:服務態度好，而且晚上怕冷老闆給添了被子；民宿周邊就餐方便；離宋城不算很遠，步行二十分鐘。
再説缺點:熱水需要放幾分鐘才有，剛開始是冷水；空調沒有制熱效果（冬天如果開空調要收額外的5元）；酒店有些壞了的燈和馬桶箱蓋沒有及時維修；下雨天房間裏面有點潮濕。可惜不是晚上去宋城。
