Front desk is very friendly, the check in is fast and smooth. They also offer us 2 welcome drinks at the lobby lounge. A Rm 100 deposit is required and will be return upon check out. Room is spacious, but the lighting a little dark, I prefer brighter room. City area, easy to get a grab, very convenient with a pharmacy nearby and also Starbucks.

Near gurney drive, got pharmacy inside the compound. Nice room, easy parking and free. So far nothing to complain about.

The room was nice , big and clean. I asked them to put me in a more quiet room, and they did. The whole hotel was under renovation. So there is some noise during the day.

I read reviews about this hotel before I booked and IT IS TRUE! The room is basically having ants, cockroach and the bedsheets are dirty!!! Oh mine. Please get a more responsible Manager to check the cleanliness of the room before handover to guests. I do not want to blame your housekeeping coz I see him working alone everyday… Tray broken also can leave it there for the customer to see 😐 although it was meant to put your cups, kettle and your Cups are also dirty 🫩

Everything is very good, and the layout of the room really impressed me. It is very suitable for a family. The only pity is that the view faces the hospital.

Stayed at this hotel as there was an event for us nearby. The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Carpark was available (but we had to pay for it), limited though. We had the morning breakfast, it was decent, and adequate. Not much complaints tbh, there were ongoing renovations, but they didn't affect us too much.

this hotel is really nearby Gleneagles Hospital, so i can just go there by walking, the staffs are friendly and the room i stayed was clean, the master is the first room i got when i stayed first night, i was too far from elevator and my mom cant wali that far, and the room was not good, leaking in the bathroom and smell bad. Thankfully the staff was aware and directly change the room for us. the breakfast was not too mana choices, need to be more improve, and the congee was cold. overall I like to stay here, its very strategic and nearby Hospital.

We stayed at Vouk Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The main reason we decided to stay there was because it was near to one of the hospitals that we were visiting. Honestly, based on my experience, it was not a pleasant experience as when we were out early in the morning at around 7AM and when we came back at around 10.30AM, our room was made up without our permission. We did not turn on the "make up room" light and did not instruct anyone to come in to our room to make it up. In an essence, the hotel staff came into our room WITHOUT our permission. When the room was "made up", we could still notice dirts, dusts, and hairs on the floor. I think they only tidied up the blanket. The cleanliness was terribly. Honestly for the price, would prefer to stay at other hotel. Breakfast was average, nothing special and the taste was not my cup of tea.
