Wonderful resort !! At par with taj..

We all had a great time, beautiful property. location of the property was top notch, breakfast spread was just wow. one of the best breakfast spread. specially the staff are so helpful and courteous. over all it was an amazing experience to stay with W.

Excellent resort with great hospitality! Staff were very friendly! The BEST !!! Special thanks to Mrs.Lakshmi for making our stay so comfortable, she was just a minute away from responding to our messages on WhatsApp and helped us with everything we asked for ! Breakfast spread was so perfect with lots of choices! We had stayed in spectacular king room with a huge balcony which was so spacious and clean! we took a massage at away spa which was very relaxing Ms.vino personally came nd explained about the massages they offer and also gave us the best discounts! Thank you W for the good memories!

World class service by Lima Dzousa. She did everything it took to make our stay comfortable and smooth. Initially we were unhappy with our room and I would have definately rated 1 star for the quality of room. But for Lima”s service it’s a 5 star!

Team ! W Goa . Here I would Like to share feedback that the hotel is really awesome like each and everything is just Like a Woow . GOA is one of my favorite destination I come often in yearly 2-3 times have visited so many Hotels among the GOA but the Experience with the W goa is TOP NOTCH . The View from Woo bar is amazing . The Whole architecture of the Hotel is Sooo Good . Food quality and the choices of food varieties are so Good . SPECIAL Mentioned - Miss Jyoti , at Woo bar . The way she suggested the food everything were really delicious ( Kali Mirch Ka Jhinga ,Rawa prawn 10/10.In cocktail Expresso Martini , The devils welcome drink it's OSM guys we enjoyed a lot thanks for her patience 👏 and appreciate her kindness .

We recently stayed at W Goa from the 13th to the 15th of October as a group of friends, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, the hotel staff ensured that everything was seamless, making our getaway truly special. A special shoutout to Nishanth Shetty and Lakshmi from the front office, who welcomed us warmly and took care of all our needs with professionalism and friendliness. They made our check-in and check-out processes effortless, setting a perfect tone for the stay. We would also like to extend our gratitude to Mr. Rohan, the W Insider, for going above and beyond to introduce us to the hidden gems of Goa. His recommendations and insights added an extra dimension to our trip, making it even more memorable. The AWAY Spa team, especially Divya and Vinoo, provided an incredible spa experience. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the ambiance at the spa was serene and relaxing – exactly what we needed! The overall vibe of the property, with its vibrant energy and excellent service, made our stay truly exceptional. Thank you, W Goa, for such a delightful experience! Very impressed with the hospitality and caring team. I liked the personal attention as well right from thr front office team, at restaurant, house keeping . The property is very beautiful and it has that element of luxury in every aspects..

Worse experience in W Goa. Property being a 5 star doesn't have standards of a 2 star property even. Upon entering the property at 3pm also i had to wait, during reservation i mentioned that i would be requiring an early check in as my wife is pregnant but still they couldn't manage for their own check in time. During the reservation they happily said upgrade for the room will be done but upon check in i was informed that it is not available, after that they upgraded it. I informed them about the decor but no decor was done till evening. Then the worse came, they don't even know that when the guest comes to the restaurant for dinner they need to serve water, apart from ordering water it didn't came. There is no sop being followed they are so casual that they can serve anything any time according to their wish, when the food came it came all together that is snacks, soup and main course (i already informed the staff to serve me one by one after seeing the same scenario in woo bar but still got everything together as if they wanted me to eat and go). They were so busy with the wedding that they forget their regular guest. The ac in the room wasn't functioning properly, the hair dryer wasn't working and the iron table wasn't opening (room no 212). W standards are going down by down with the time. There is no value of money, if you stay in a 3 star property they might give you a better experience.

Very poor Buggy management. At W for a wedding. Rooms at the Resort are far flung and you cannot get to the wedding venues without the hotel's golf carts. Took them almost 2 houra to arrange a buggy to transport us from our room to their ballroom. Inspite of multiple calls to reception. And no umbrellas in the rooms or blocks for the guests. Very disappointing. Do not plan big events here.
